We loved our stay on this convenient West Sedona home. The house is so comfortable and spacious, the scenery is fantastic and the location to trailheads can’t be beat.

Marvelous, fabulous, astonishing, enchanting, gorgeous, amazing, impressive, sensational, splendid, striking, dramatic, extraordinary,, incredible and fascinating!!! Need I say more! Don’t waste your time looking at other properties! This is the One!!!! You will be absolutely thrilled with this A+++ home!!

We were 3 very senior women. We were very pleased with our accommodations in spite of the horrific hot weather. But, we had all been to Sedona several times before and we just had good times being together. In the improvement category: TV instructions are not complete enough, nor really accurate. Talking to Evan, we finally realized that we couldn't watch any movie we wanted to because we had to use our own subscription info! The whole process made sense, but we were not part of the generations that understand. Straight talk would have been better than frustration. Just tell us to use our own sign ins. OK. Also, the instructions for the curtains are anything but accurate. I -- the oldest by far at 82, finally figured most of them out because I have some of the same at home. But, there are not 2 cords that people can work with cuz each blind, except the kitchen, has only one string. The right hand curtain in the living room has NO string on either side. And one more. the wall switch near the living room, the switch says not to touch the switch for the fan------but, there is a remote right on the table with the remote for the TV that IS for turning on the fan. First night we followed the first said "rule," but just used the remote the other two night and the world did not stop spinning! Oh, yeah, ya know old ladies--they worry about things. . . . the setting for the refrigerator may really be a bit too low. At 34, that is near freezing! wasteful?

This was the best property we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful and so comfortable. The views were amazing. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We hope to stay again and again.

The house was everything that they advertised. The view from the backyard was beautiful and the location to sights, restaurants and shopping was perfect!

We stayed in this beautiful home for our family vacation. It was the best week ever! It's a great floorplan for families and it's perfectly stocked with everything you need to make it your home away from home. Close to everything in Sedona, but still tucked away so it feels secluded. Communication with the Host was fast and friendly. The neighborhood is just stunning. We definitely plan to stay again!

Property is spacious and very clean. Management is quick to respond and helpful. The price is very comparable to other similar properties. There are beautiful hikes walking distance and a beautiful view from your patio. We will be back!

Great House , Great Location Stayed the weekend with friends over from Europe. The house was spacious , very clean, well stocked, plenty of small appliances, which was nice . We didn’t want for anything. Jared was excellent to work with. Really liked his follow up / follow through. We’ll do it again!

House was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was fully loaded and as we had some children with us was definitely used for cooking meals. Made trip so easy and enjoyable. First class all the way!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was just as described. It was so peaceful and quiet and was extremely clean when we arrived. The manager was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family and in a wonderful location. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were easily able to cook most of our meals there.

Everything about this property is beautiful. The house is wonderful ~ decorated with so much beautiful art. We enjoyed looking at all the wonderful pieces collected. The location was perfect with stunning views of the rocks. We spent time on the lovely outdoor patio listening to all the birds singing. House is very clean and has everything one would need to feel at home in beautiful Sedonna. I would highly recommend this property!!

One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in! The house was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and equipped with all of the comforts of home plus more. The views of the red rocks were stunning and so close you could almost reach out and touch them. We were also so very close to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

The setting of this home is fantastic. As Sedona continues to get busier, this home is removed from the hustle and bustle, and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a trailhead about one block from the home. This is gold. Parking is limited at many of the trailheads, so to have a trail, which branches out to several trails, a block away is convenient and takes the stress of driving and finding parking out of the vacation. We didn't go to some trails as planned, because we had the beauty of Sedona right there. The house was clean and nice back patio area. The host was responsive to my questions. I thought the mattress in the master bedroom was the best bed I slept in any of my travels. Typically beds aren't the best in hotels or rental homes, but this one suited me and I slept well. My husband I would stay at this home again.

Everything was lovely about this home. It was spacious, situated in a beautiful location, had lots of hiking trails nearby and plenty more within a10 minute drive and was well stocked with everything from a coffee pot to a ninja bullet :) I would rent this again if I return to Sedona. Views from all the rooms were great!

The house was very nice and in a great location. The house was not very clean. The sheets were dirty as were the counter tops. The ants we found were not an issue, but the kids didn't want to stay in that side of the house. I think it was due to the heavy rains prior to us getting there. I would stay there again, if the cleaning crew does a better job.

Please don’t stay here unless you like having everything covered and considered. Don’t come here unless you love stunning views of the mountains and fast access to trails.

View could not be any better! Watch Thunder Mountain change throughout the day. Very well appointed home. Located very close to town and hiking trails. Owner, Jared is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back here one day!

It was a great location and a great experience. Good communication with the property mgt folks as well. I would only recommend one improvement. The refrigerator needs a little work. You have to be really conscientious about closing the right door. And the icemaker didn't work. Not a huge deal, I just would have liked to have had ice when we arrived there if this is a known issue. Matt

Staying in any place that’s not home can be a challenge. This is not the case here we found our space we found our trails we wanted, and we found the peace and quiet. Mommy chose just to relax.

Spectacular in every way! Frankly we were all so sad to leave this amazing home. The setting is phenomenally beautiful, and the home is immaculate. Being able to get up each morning and walk out the door for a gorgeous mountain hike is a dream come true. There is a path just down the street from the home which gives you access to several hikes choices. The location is super with restaurants and a Safeway and a Wholefoods very close by. We loved it all and can’t wait to return to this wonderful home. Thanks so much!!

Location cannot be better! Enjoyed this space immensely and appreciated Jared’s efforts in making it even better. View from the house is beautiful and there is wildlife in the neighborhood! It’s quiet, safe, close to trailheads and restaurants; would stay again in the future! Improvements? More plates (were only 4) and a working ice maker or ice trays. Jared, thanks so much!!!

This house was very close to Bashas and Safeway. Perfect for your full kitchen. Tw home was perfect for my party of 5. Hiking trip right by the home. Fast to get to uptown and all restaurants. The house came with everything you need to feel right at home. Thank you Jared for being an outstanding Host. We will come again!

This property was perfect for a group of girlfriends. The view from the patio was amazing! Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. The property manager was helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
