Located right on Coldwater Canyon Golf Course, this condo is ideal if you want access to prime golfing, so be sure to pack your clubs! In the colder seasons you can cozy up in front of the living room's gas fireplace with a movie playing on the TV, and in warmer months you can relax out on the private balcony with a refreshing drink in hand. Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare delicious meals, then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for four. This home is also kid-friendly, so the whole family can enjoy their stay! If you're looking for a little pampering, Sundara Spa offers luxurious relaxing treatments in a natural pine forest setting just over seven miles away. Winter guests will only be eight-and-a-half miles from Christmas Mountain. But no matter what season you're visiting in, you can always wind down with libations at Broken Bottle Winery and Fawn Creek Winery, both within 11 miles. When it's time for shopping, additional attractions, and several other dining options, take a short drive into Wisconsin Dells less than four miles from the property. Things to Know Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

It was very eventful we had more laughs at the villa than any where else we went place was well kept and easy to check in! Ps just remember to always press the check button when you leave if ya know ya know…

This property is a great getaway from the chaos of the Dells. I love the ability to spread out as a family. There were 2 double beds, a fold out couch and a private room with a king bed. The virtual tour gives a better understanding than the photos. The accommodations were clean and cozy at an affordable price. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again.

The place was very nice and comfortable. Its right in the Dells so it isn’t far from attractions downtown and we took advantage. It was a great time and I look forward to booking again.

It was a nice stay. Paid way to much for convenience fees almost double my room stay. An communication was hard for arrival, broken English. But it was a nice stay an nice room.

The property was nice and close to the dells, but the water got shut off randomly and the help desk said they couldn’t get anyone there to help until morning. I asked where we should go to use the bathroom and get water for our night routines and she couldn’t give me help or an answer. I ended up calling Chula Vista nearby to see what was going on and they were able to help us despite us not being their responsibility. We also paid for a late check out, only for a cleaning staff to come early and say we were supposed to be out at 10am. I showed them the reservation and they finally left, but it seems like that should have been communicated instead of accusing us of overstaying our welcome. Overall, it was okay, but certainly not great.

This home was welcoming, cozy, and comfortable for the 8 of us. We had enjoyed our stay and would not mind booking this place again for future travels to the dells. Thank you for sharing this place with our family.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and neat with fresh bedding, plenty of towels and toilet paper. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery but could use a couple good sharp knives for cutting vegetables ect.. The balcony was great for an evening beverage and very quiet. Would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Loved this condo that easily accommodated our group of 6 (could do 8 using sofa bed and baby crib also available). Chula Vista Resort had great Waterpark for our kids (extra charge). We were able to cook when we didn't want to eat out. Easy access to all the Dells activities.

I really loved the apartment everything was clean and organized my son was glad to see they had games for the family to play we had enough linen for our two day stay I never stayed at a villa,condo that provided dental floss and tips just the little things was appreciated all smiles thanks
