Incredible location. Staff are super nice. Spacious room. Electricity is 24/7., although runs on solar. Having the windows open and the ceiling fan running kept the room at a manageable temperature.
You can hear all the wildlife at night and during the day. We were having an evening beer and saw a tucan on the tree next to us. Excellent jungle stay.
The restaurant was good, food quality above expectations. Prices reasonable.
The fly screens had holes in them and one was broken. There were ants coming in through the light switch in the bathroom.
The wifi drops in and out, expected in the jungle.

We had a wonderful time! We participated in ALL the tours and they were all great. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, including birthday meals, and they were all fantastic. The room was very comfortable, even in the summer heat. Well-ventilated, but the screens kept out the mosquitos. We slept great.

Very close to the entrance to Tikal National Park
The shower don’t have any pressure, and only heat no cold even during the hours they said we would have ‘proper shower water’
