The building was commissioned in 1870 by Francisco Moreno and has been lovingly restored by its owner, Deborah Dunlap, author and publisher of over 15 books on historic Pensacola.

The host is unbelievable. She is amazing. Communication was top notch, made sure you felt like you are at home. Dont know if I would stay at any other place coming to Pensacola. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Tons of things to do. Thank you for another great time.

Communication with host was fabulous. The location on Palafox is so convenient to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. We hope to visit again. .
