Nestled in Pensacola, this attractive docked boat for $250 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. One of three Houseboats we offer, Decked Out, is part of our "fleet" located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door so you can step outside on the back deck for a full view of the marina. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset. You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's stadium, Ice Flyer games, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach are just a short drive away. Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc) when booking. Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station. Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children or people with stability issues. We chilled out, toured area, enjoyed seville square seasonal activities, and visited with friends living near by. chatted with a few deck hands and boat owners. Basically decompressed for the up and coming holidays. I would recommend this "RETREAT" to anyone wanting to get away and chill for a while.

What a relaxing way to spend several days in Pensacola...staying on a houseboat in a quiet marina just a couple;of minutes from downtown Pensacola. The houseboat was roomy, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. It was different, it was great, the host very communicative and gracioius, and it is something we would do again. Thanks for a great stay.

The houseboat was impeccably clean. It is so bright and charming in appearance. There’s easy access to local restaurants in fact just walk up the dock to the fish house. It is so peaceful and serene sitting on the dock in the mornings and evenings. the hosts are marvelous. This will definitely be a repeat experience.

We loved the house and location. It’s a unique option vs a hotel or traditional home. Very clean and well appointed. Only thing missing is a dishwasher.

This place is so cool! It is just as advertised. Plenty of space for my husband, my daughter and myself. The location is fabulous - from the view out the door and windows to the easy walk into Seville Square and downtown Pensacola! We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

We came for a long weekend. I saw this rental I couldn't wait to try staying here. It was just so unique! From booking, directions, ease to find the rental, and our first impression, it was a 10+ vacation. The place was immaculate and the owner had everything for you to walk in and enjoy. The furniture was comfortable including the bed and bedding. We felt like we were on our private little Island. My husband fished from the dock and we had coffee on the front porch. So many things in walking distance or a short drive. The Fish House Restaurant right there was amazing. Pensacola Beach was a short 15 minute drive. We will defiantly be back!!

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this boathouse. Very nice and clean, well equipped, basket of goodies for us on the left on the dinning table, prompt in messaging back through VRBO when asking questions or needing something. We were able to keep our boat we hauled with us at the same marina as the house boat. Marina very nice, clean and secure. Fish House restaurant overlooks the marina which we found to be super convenient, delicious and the bar staff which we mostly interacted with was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to do this trip all over again soon!!

This might have been the best trip my husband and I have ever taken. We launched our boat from Gulf Shores, made a couple stops along the way until we arrived at the harbor. This property was immaculately cleaned and stocked with plenty of coffee, cream, sugar, waters, and snacks. We have recommended the houses to several friends and can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here for a weekend get away after our Friday morning wedding and it could not have been more perfect! It offers the best of both worlds - peace and serenity when you want it with access to bars/restaurants/shopping for entertainment. We had the perfect weekend.

My husband and I brought our two sons for a little getaway before school Started back. This house boat was amazing and we were able to pull our boat right up to it! We walked To all the good restaurants and our boys fished off the dock right in front of the house ! We can’t wait to make this a tradition ! We will be back!

Decided last minuet to take my husband away for Fathers day weekend. He has always talked about living on a houseboat so when I saw this I thought it would be the perfect surprise, and it was!! Very clean, very relaxing and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and will bring the boat next time.

Property manager answered all questions promptly and accurately. Very laid back atmosphere. Home stocked with more than essentials. Attendants helped in anyway they could. What a fun time we had staying in Decked Out! The sunrises off the back deck and the sunsets off the front deck were beautiful! This was our first time in the Pensacola area and this house was so convenient to downtown and great places to eat within walking distance! We enjoyed meeting the people in the other two houses also! We would recommend this house to anyone as it was so clean and comfortable!

My husband and I enjoyed the houseboat and marina very much. The houseboat is furnished nicely and has pretty much all the comforts of home as well as being extremely clean. The marina community is friendly and helpful. We had some great conversations with several boat owners and marina staff. The location is wonderful and very walkable. Lots to do in the area. I took my niece to our cousins wedding and struggled to find a place where we could both have our own space being that she's a teenager. The boathouse was perfect. Waterfront and fish right off the porch. The fish house is literally attached to the dock so you can mosey up there and have a drink or app. Highly recommend. Very cool and unique property.

We could not have been more impressed. Owner was responsive when booking, the rental was better than described. Nice small marina in a very walkable area. Rental was super clean and well appointed. An attendant stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Waking up and having coffee on the deck while watching the fish and sunrise was so relaxing. Would give this more stars if possible.
