Ideally located between the Sonoma and Napa Valley's you are 10 miles from Downtown Napa and 3.5 miles from the Sonoma Plaza. The Barn features a large chefs kitchen with viking appliances, 2 large bedrooms with a king and queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and a patio over lookings the Vineyards. The patio has outdoor seating, a BBQ and fire pit

Communication could have been a lot better. We were unclear if we could park our car before check in and I left a couple VM as well as txt on the app. The door knob to the primary room came off and fhere was foil taped to the ceiling. Other than that, the place was clean comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

It was the perfect place. Extremely comfortable and very clean. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror, and a TV in the master. This was truly an awesome stay for us.

This was our second stay at the Burndale Barn and it was just as lovely as our first. The property is easy to access, easy parking and just a short drive to Sonoma. It was spotlessly clean and the coffee / tea provisions were a nice addition upon arriving late after a long drive. Only a few small things bothered us - the outdoor furniture cushions were extremely worn and super dirty (despite having a furniture cover over them when we arrived) so we had to cover them with blankets to be able to sit on them. Fireplace did not work even when following instructions from the host as to how to turn it on. And it's a challenge to eat indoors as a family of four as there are only three chairs at the breakfast bar. If the weather is nice I am sure this isn't an issue but on a slightly cold and damp November morning it's not possible to eat outside as the table and benches are all damp.

We stayed during a weekend of wine tasting and were so happy with the style, cleanliness, and general space inside the barn. The patio is great for taking in the rustic surrounding view and the yards very large tree house. We will no doubt come back.
