Step inside and be greeted by a spacious and light-filled open floor plan that splendidly combines the living room and dining area. The living room is a great place to hang out with your loved ones and one of its perks is the tall windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. This space has been equipped with a sectional sofa right in front of a large flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services and cable. When mealtime comes around, the chef of the group will have a wonderful kitchen at their disposal. It's fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and features shiny granite countertops. This home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to a full bath down the hall. Additional amenities found here are a private washer/dryer, a shared heated outdoor pool, and a shared tennis court. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Felt like being at home, but cleaner! Spacious and comfortable. Gigantic sectional in the living room is perfect for lounging and watching a show. Fantastic pool located steps from the unit that'll be using all the time. No direct sunlight until evening, which is great for cooling. Wi-Fi is extremely fast (probably fiber) so WFH was no issue. Comes with a covered parking spot. Door has a digital lock so no need to manage a key. 5 minutes from everything you need including stores, restaurants, gyms, freeway. An easy 20-30 minute drive from dozens of fantastic hikes, downtown Phoenix, Tempe. Very easy to feel settled here on day one. A great home away from home while visiting Scottsdale. Did I mention the pool?!

We could not have been happier with this condo for a month long stay. When we opened the door it looked exactly like the website pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. In addition to the things you’d expect like a toaster, coffee makers(2), etc also have lots of extra appliances like a coffee grinder, air fryer, blender, etc. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker but the owners are thoughtful enough to supply 2 big bags of ice. The large sectional in the living area is very comfy as are the beds. They supply more than enough bed linens and towels. The complex itself is nice and well maintained. This particular condo is about 100 yards from 1 of 2 pools. The location of this complex is great. It backs up to the Maricopa Trail which is great for biking or walking. It is walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, etc. All in all we can’t say enough good things about it. We will be back next year.

This condo was a perfect AZ getaway! Updated flooring and comfortable beds! Pool onsite was great and is in a great location. Really close to golf courses, shopping, and downtown Scottsdale. Would love to come back!

Wonderful property, 2 spacious bedrooms with great closet space, 2 full bathrooms, spacious open living room/dining area kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, easy use appliances. washer dryer. outdoor patio area full sun in afternoon, very clean generous amount of towels, beach towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. very quiet for a complex. pool steps away. There was an issue with the tub not draining and maintenance was at the property within 30 minutes and issue resolved within 20 minutes. conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, bank, shopping and 101. great area for daily walks. would definitely recommend and will definitely rent again when in scottsdale.
