Telfair Loft 211: Parking Cost Covered Downtown
About this condo rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone. We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Great Location, plenty to do within easy walking distance. As for no WiFi, not a big deal, we just took our Fire Stick and a portable Hot Spot. We watched streaming programs all week no issue. Took ear plugs and a fan took care of any street noise. If you need the bedroom to be totally dark at night I would packing sleeping mask. Place is perfect for two couples.

Great get away for the Dave Matthews concert. Building is a bit outdated, but the apartment was clean and comfy. Wi-Fi would have been nice, but we we not in the room that much. Very close to everything and we never had to move the car. It’s a bit noisy early in the morning, but the convenience makes it worth it.

My family and I loved the condo!!! It was beautifully renovated and in a great location. So many great shops and restaurants near by. The property management was also very kind and friendly when we spoke to them. Would recommend!!!

The location of this property is great! A convenient walk away from historical Savannah and River Street. However, because of its great location it is incredibly loud at night until about 3 am. We sleep with a sound machine nightly, and it still did not help drowned out the noise. If you are visiting Savannah and plan to enjoy the night life this place is great! If you are coming with your family and would like to go to bed at a reasonable hour, then maybe look at a different place. No internet is included and there are very limited channels on the tv.

The location was good, you can hear all the noise from the street at night. I like the king size beds, the bedding could have been better quality. The place was clean but maybe needs a little paint in some places. The hallway smelled like dog, but condo smelled okay. Pretty good for the price.

This property is located in a great location. You can walk through the whole historical district from this property. The apartment is clean and very modern. On Friday and Saturday nights traffic noise is a little loud inside the apartment. Common areas of the building need to be cleaned. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Elevator and hallways are very dark. Condo was nice. Right on the street so noisy at night. Good location for walking most places. Opened shutters in den and windows need cleaning. There were vines growing inside. Also looked like sheetrock repair had recently been done and there was sheetrock dust on the floor and counter.

The location was excellent. Bedrooms large but bathrooms very small. Family room was too cramped for 2 couples only a small sofa and kitchen bar stools to sit. No where to really put your clothes in the bedroom only a closet for hanging things. Noise in the very early morning with trucks and dumpsters and loud cars. Needed repairs wires hanging out of ceiling where a light should be, Weeds growing inside front window. and large repair in the ceiling where there must have been a leak but someone just put plaster up there and never sanded or painted it. Looks terrible. Overall 3 out of 5. The thing that makes it is the location.

Amazing area perfect to able walk everywhere “Great Condo” very clean no issues at all we recently retired ! Evenings outside area very loud street noise, several in-housed individuals around as usual in other’s cities, but no major issues! Recommend Funky Brunch for Breakfast very fun, Joe’s Crab Shack River Street. Otherwise no Wi-Fi tv are over air so few channels…Absolutely would recommend and we would differently come back again!!!

Property was conveniently located - loved that! As previous reviews stated the beds are comfy. It was a great setup for 2 couples! And it is noisy at night but weren't bothered. Great place. Our only issue is the light wouldn't turn off while still keeping the ceiling fan running. Oh well. It didn't ruin our weekend.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, however, it's near the bars if you are looking for a little quiet at night. Traffic and bargoers very loud. Internet connection is through the city and not so good. I would recommend this place for location, but beware of the noise

The overall experience was horrible.Upon entering the building there was a strong odor of urine.After a few steps we saw a puddle of urine in the foyer.The elevator was so dark we had to use our flashlight on our phone to find the correct button. As we entered the room the odor was so bad i felt like it would linger on my clothes.The furniture was ripped and others had red stains on . Who knows what it was. After talking it over among us none of us felt comfortable or safe to stay. So we left the building and never went back in the room.We called only to be treated so rudely it was unbelievable.We were told that is how old building are in Savannah.We tried to contact the correct person to get our money back with no avail. This by far was the very worst experience I personally have ever had. We also were told because we arrived 30 minutes early the cleaning service may not be finished. They may be coming back. It was clear they had been there and done. You could tell the odor was attempted to be covered up but clearly was not.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The apartment was right in town which was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and the king beds were very comfortable! The only problem was the traffic noise and the people partying late in the evening. We read the reviews and were aware of the noise. That’s what happens if you want to be in the city. Bring earplugs and a sound machine. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location with lots of things to do in short walking distance. Very comfortable beds, perfect lay out for two couples. This was a nice and bustling area. I was expecting it to be extremely loud based on reviews, but have any issues sleeping at all. Would highly recommend! We will be returning for sure!

The property was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping , historic sites. Bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was great. Downside was no internet, a lot of street noise during the night and no bathroom storage.

The property is ideally located and nicely appointed. Pros: close to shopping, restaurants, riverfront and nightlife; very clean; comfy beds; washer/dryer; easy checkout/checkin; parking garage close by. Cons: extremely noisy on weekends; no wifi; no cable; very slippery bathtub.
We anticipated the noise based on other reviews, but we definitely underestimated it! The upside is that you are tight in the middle of the action if that’s what you’re looking for. Our biggest complaint was the lack of wifi in an apartment that wasn’t particularly inexpensive. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds were super comfy. If noise and no wifi are not an issue for you, this is a great stay!

This 2 bedroom was perfect for 2 couples. We were in the Heart of the Historical District. It was very easy to get to anywhere down there.
As others have stated, on the weekend it is very noisy til the wee hours of the morning. Probably could use new windows to help with this. We just chose to stay out very late Saturday evening to alleviate it for us. Lol! The other nights it was not bad at all.
Place was clean, well stocked and decorated well. Shampoo, soap, tp etc was supplied, nice perk! Only negative would like to have had WiFi. Although we weren't in apartment very much, still would have been nice. Also would just include the parking pass with the rental, even if you charge $20 more. No one would know the difference and it would feel part of package.
Overall a great experience and couldn't ask for a better location!

Cons- very loud street noise at all hours, uncomfortable/broken sleeper sofa, beware there is NO WIFI.

The property was as advertised.
Pros: great location, At walking distance from most attractions. Spacious and clean rooms. Large windows that offer street views but also give privacy with shutters.
Cons: Street noise that extends into late night hours because the condo is very close to many attractions ( which is a plus), No Internet
Suggestions:
1. Provide white noise machines to balance out outside noise.
2. Work on getting the Internet/ Wi-Fi connectivity. This is something most travelers expect these days.
In general, we really liked the place. Our communication with Mary was great!

Fair
Problem was the street notice at night, too many homeless screaming and yelling at night and the street racing noise is a real problem. Place is nice, location (Savannah) has a real problem with a lack of police presents.

Very clean unit
This was an extremely clean home. Be prepared it definitely is LOUD at night. If you have little ones this is not the place to stay. When people said loud they were not kidding. We are in a busy area in queens. The people and the reving of the car engines was LOUD! If you can’t deal with loud noises then this is not for you. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen clean, couch sucked, but we weren’t there much except at night.

Satisfied! Would definitely stay again!
Overall good experience! Definitely check the silverware before using because it doesn’t look like the dishwasher effectively cleans, but we only used one fork and immediately washed and returned it after use. Also the towel rack in one of the bathrooms needed to be tightened as it fell apart when touched, but these two things were only a minor inconvenience! Excellent Location and will definitely stay here again! :)

The apartment was very clean and nice … perfect layout for 2 couples , as each had a bathroom… couldn’t ask for a better location as far as being where the action is… but be aware that the noise on the streets is also where the actions is… so if you like things super quiet … not the place for you …my only complaints is it doesn’t have WiFi nor was the service good for us in the room… was a bit surprised by this… I really thought this was a givin in 2022…also it didn’t have ice … it had a ice maker but no ice… sounds petty but we were celebrating an engagement one night and went to get ice… no ice… made for warm cocktails..

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful, clean, VERY well furnished, stocked property. It was great for both couples to have their own bathrooms and king sized bed. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I loved the location of this place but at night on Friday and Saturday nights you can definitely hear the partying outside and it’s loud but over all I would come back here again Mary was great to work with when we needed something and if you haven’t been to Savannah I highly recommend it you won’t be disappointed at all!!!
