You’re just an 8-minute drive from the shops, restaurants, and art galleries that line Main Street. Don’t want to drive? Opt for a free bus ride -- the nearest stop is just a short walk from your front door. In the warmer months, picture-perfect Yampa River Botanic Park is a must-visit for bike rides, strolls, and fishing outings (a 7-minute drive). As for the local dining scene, head to Truffle Pig for upscale American fare or The Mountain for comfort food and spirits, both are within a 12-minute walk. If you feel like cooking at home, take a 3-minute walk to Wild Plum for groceries. Or get a free ride with the on-call shuttle service available at the condo complex. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property manager described how we could get into the condo if the office was closed, however I never recieced the message to access the keys. This was easily solved however by contacting the property security. Overall recommend.

We arrived a couple of hours early and asked if we could go ahead and check in since there was a snow storm coming and we had 3 young children with us. We even said we would pay extra to do so.. We were told the cleaning crew was still cleaning the room and to come back. We came back 30 mins before checkin and asked if they were done in which the condo place said it was, But Turnkey had to give the okay to checkin. I was provided a number for Drew and I called him and asked if we could checkin and even pay extra and he said the cleaning crew was still cleaning the room. Obviously that was a lie. We ended up waiting in our car for the next 30 mins and right at 4pm we checked in and miracleouly the room was ready. We decided that we would never rent a place that is associated with Turnkey regardless of the accommodations.

Condo and property were clean and just as advertised. A few things that would improve the property to a higher rating for me. First, the recliner chair is broken which limits seating to the couch. Secondly, the master bed was to firm for me. The condo has a great location. It was really nice to be able to have a short walk to the base area.

The kitchen was nice, fireplace and living room were cozy and hot tub was great (just make sure to make a reservation 24 hours in advance
) I will say that the bed is NOT comfortable. It should be replaced sooner than later. Otherwise everything was lovely

We'll come back
Great location, shuttle to gondola was timely and convenient; quick walk to Wild Plum for a few groceries. The pool/hot tub were great to use as well. Only adjustments I'd make for the future -- please have a few spices on hand in the kitchen, and robes to get to/from pool would be appreciated. Beautiful condo!

Ski Vacation
This condo is very close to the Gondola. We were able to walk to get to it and the restaurants at the base of the mountain. The parking garage is heated and there is a ski locker located right next to the elevator.

Great deal
Location of walk to slopes so ideal. Check in process a breeze. Unit very clean and as depicted in pictures. Stocked with spare paper and soap products a bonus. Courtesy shuttle on call although we rarely used it because can walk to base and had a car for grocery runs but next time might skip the car rental. Will stay again!
