Welcome to your vacation home that has been beautifully renovated to create a new hospitality venue within the heart of vibrant and colorful Scottsdale. The open floor plan of this home provides one large entertaining area in the center of the house that flows the dining room, kitchen, and living area together. We have blazing fast GIG-speed Internet for this home, perfect for your workcation. The kitchen has a free-standing kitchen island with four barstools, giving you plenty of counter space to prepare a home-cooked meal. You'll find all new appliances throughout the kitchen with all of the basic necessities and kitchen utensils. Samsung double-door fridge to store food in. Mr. Coffee Pot to wake you up in the morning. This house also has a private in-home movie theatre for movie night! Pop popcorn in the microwave and kick back in the reclining theatre chairs. Enjoy the surround sound Sonos system with wall-mounted speakers. Step into the beautiful backyard that features a state-of-the-art pool and hot tub. You'll also find a private guest house in the backyard and a game room in the garage featuring a pool table and endless fun. Just a couple of miles from the Kierland area. Amazing shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms: Three bedrooms are located on the house's west side, with a master ensuite and another full bathroom down the hall. The hallway bathroom has a single sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo. Bed 1 - King-size bed master ensuite. Enjoy this newly renovated bedroom with calm blue colors and gold accents. A twin-over-twin trundle daybed has been added to this room to accommodate a larger sleeping arrangement—a massive walk-in closet with sliding bar-style doors. Master Bathroom: Dual shower heads with soaking tub in this complete relaxation station. His and her sinks and full-length mirror. Linen closet for storage. Private toilet room. Bed 2 - Queen-size bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Bed 3 - Queen-size bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Located on the east side of the house is one additional bedroom and the private in-home theatre. Bed 4 - Full by-full bedroom set up like a luxury hotel room. A modern floor lamp between the bed to light up the room in the evening and a wall-mounted Smart TV to watch your favorite program. Casita: Bed 5 - King suite in its own private casita in the backyard of the main house. Full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and sink vanity. Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay. Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents. Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE AND USE TAX LICENSE: 21328747 City Of Scottsdale License: 2023933 FAQ’s Q. How far is the home from Old Town? A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

We paid for pool heat only to find a luke cool pool basically in swimmable we were then told we could either have a heated pool or a warm hot tub, but not both. As it was end of November this was clearly a disappointment. Additionally,in a house for 14 there was seating for 8-10 max we were told we should have “looked at the pictures” to know how much seating was available. .

The backyard casita, lounge area, pool and spa was the highlight for us between conference meetings.

The outdoor area is great, it has a putting green and a very nice pool that has a casida separate from the main house which is perfect for parents or in laws. there's a tv that you can watch from the pool. the pool is very well done, it has a slide, automatic pop up cleaner jets and most importantly an automatic chlorine/bromine feeder so you don’t have to worry if the pool is sanitary. AC kept the house nice and cold during 115+ july temps. definitely will rent again when traveling to phx

Fantastic house that felt like a resort with the incredible hot tub, pool, other outdoor amenities. Positives - Super clean, lots of space, plenty of pots/pans/dishes/towels, and very responsive house manager Jen. Negatives/suggestions - More mirrors for the ladies (on doors), wastebaskets in rooms, room darkening shades, grill burner tune up, mop or wet Swiffer. Other notes - Nobody felt the road was loud, but we did feel the pool heat should be included. Arcade game was not working, but we were mostly at the pool. We would stay here again.

This is a VERY clean home and well organized for guests.
I especially love the safety measures taken to
protect young children from getting to the pool without adult supervision.
The theater room was a hit with my teenage kids.
Were able to get caught up on the latest Netflix binges.

This was the best experience I have had at any vacation rental property. From the moment I first considered the property to after I had checked out, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The owner (or management company) was VERY quick to respond to all my questions before booking. The property is beautiful. It's perfect for entertaining a group of friends (we had a boys golf weekend) or a larger group, such as a family. It has everything...pool, hot tub, game room, movie room... It was better than described. Lots of "wow factor." I travel with a very discerning group of guys. That is to say, had there been ANY deficiencies, they would have told me. I had nothing but high-fives and attaboys. Thank you for a great time.

My family of 4 stayed at the property for a week and overall, our experience was good. The kids loved the pool and the sundeck. House was spacious and clean, lots of tv's, fast wifi, good quality beds and linens and had the minimum kitchen basics for a vacation stay. Now for the bad, the house is located on a very busy street and the noise was terrible and it made sleeping very difficult. The spa was attacked daily by birds who dropped unknown items into the spa so we declined to use it. The house could use a bit of warmth such as extra blankets, soft towels, a couple of clocks, more than one dishtowel and some kleenex. If you just need a base for your vacation, it will work well.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property over a chilly winter weekend. Positives: The pool is amazing, and the house is bright, spacious and freshly renovated. All of the beds were comfortable, with better quality linens and pillows, and the furniture was also comfortable. There was a home theater with Disney+, a putting green, and a game room which kept my kids busy. Negatives: The house is situated near a busy corner. The road noise wasn’t terrible, especially inside, but light sleepers beware. The house is also kept pretty empty. This might appeal to some as it’s more of a hotel experience, but I appreciate finding things like salt and pepper, foil, tissues, a dust pan for cleaning, etc. It makes a quick stay much easier. Overall, I’d therefore recommend this house to anyone who plans to utilize it more like a hotel than a home.

This was a very nice property. The pool area was gorgeous and the house was very clean. The jacuzzi heater kept turning off and even though they were quick to send someone we could not use it the first night, first morning, or second morning. Even though we paid $295 extra for heating the pool they were not willing to give us that money back. Still I liked the property but that is not great service in my opinion.

very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, pool was wonderful as were the bedrooms and movie room and game room (only downside is game room and movie room had portable A/C units versus a larger permanent one that would be better suited to cool the rooms on the hotter days)

This house was so roomy and comfortable! There were so many amenities! We enjoyed the pool and slide for hours! Then we would relax in the movie room while some of us went to the game room for a game of pool. Will for sure book again if we come back to Scottsdale!

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, including the casita. There was plenty of space for 13 people. We spent most of our days in the pool and it was more than perfect. The slide was great for smaller kids! There are plenty of restaurants and store very close in range of the house which made it super convenient. Our group enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house. Only recommendation I would have is more dining seating on the back patio.
