With a custom chef's kitchen, a gorgeous open concept living and dining area, back deck dining area, and upscale amenities throughout, this is truly an oasis where your group can relax, unwind, and come together. - Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Patio, outdoor dining area, and front porch - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Convenient location near the French Quarter - Jetted and soaking tub and rain showers - For clarity, one bedroom contains a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. The trundle bed is listed as a sofa bed in the above "Where You'll Sleep" section. - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: Please note that the owner occupies a suite separated from the rest of the home. The Neighborhood: This home is located a block away from the French Quarter right on the boarder of the Treme. The French Quarter is home to many quintessential New Orleans spots such as Cafe Beignet, Louis Armstrong Park and Bourbon St. The Treme is a distinctly local and historic neighborhood with blocks of interesting Creole architecture. Rich in cultural history, many New Orleans greats have called the Treme home: Jelly Roll Morton, Sidney Bechet, civil rights activists, Mardi Gras Indians, Brass Bands, and Second Line parade leaders. Getting Around: The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is an eminently bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies nearby. Many amazing restaurants and sights are a quick 5-7 minute Uber away, hotspots such as the Bywater and Magazine Street are also within striking distance. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. 1st Rate House, very tasteful and spacious, Property manager was quick to answer any ??'s, like we needed a first aid kit and he pointed us right to it fast. Highly Recommend this House.

The property was as seen in the pictures. Bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so room for everyone in our party. Very clean and nice. Easy walk to the hop on/off bus to take us where we wanted to go with the garden district, the French Quarter and Jackson Square. We enjoyed just relaxing in the VRBO as well.

We had an amazing time for Spring Break in NOLA. The house is absolutely beautiful and newly remodeled. It is in a great location...walking distance to the French Quarter, and a very short walk to the Visitor's Center to catch the Hop on Hop off bus. The house has plenty of space with 3 stories. We had comfortable beds, and each couple had their own bathroom. The balconies and porches were beautiful. Thank you to our hosts for easy communication and meeting us at arrival.

We had a wonderful time during our week at Bright Home! The house fit our needs wonderfully. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the basics needed for a week of fun. The beds were very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the multiple balconies for outside seating. It’s location just a 1/2 block from Louis Armstrong park made for easy access to lots of sightseeing, restaurants and music. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to New Orleans!

Our family stayed there for a week in NOLA, the house has plenty of room to roam around and provide everything we need. Owner was available to help with any questions, definitely will stay there again!!

I can not laud the house enough. It is situated over three stories, and is amazingly done up in a elegant and stylish way. We found our experience with the house to be an amazing one. And the contact with the listing agent was a very good one. We always got prompt and helpful answers to my questions. (First time Vrbo-er here, so loads of questions.)

Very nice home

Overall the house was very nice and clean. Location is very close to pretty much everything. I originally had a friend with back issues coming on this trip I was counting on the first floor bedroom (as advertised) to be available for her as she couldn't make it up the two flights of stairs inside the home. This bedroom was locked and we could not access said room due to the laws of New Orleans that I wasn't made aware of before booking and I should've been! Other than that no issues.

This property is stunning. There is a wonderful coffee shop and an amazing Haitian restaurant a few blocks away from the house. Check in was easy. The neighbors are fun and wonderful. We ubered to all our destinations with a car showing up in 5-10 minutes. Thanks for a great vacation home base. We will be back.

Five of us stayed for 4 nights. The house was terrific, with extra space and privacy for each of us. Great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with any supplies you'd need during a typical stay. The location worked out really well. We simply walked to the French Quarter day and night. Ride-sharing was available as-needed, but we had great weather and mostly walked. The house was clean and well-decorated. It is an impressive space. Check-in and out was easy and our hosts were available but we needed nothing from them during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again on future trips.
