Thank you in advance! -Cozy and convenient spot that is professionally cleaned between each guest. -Contactless entrance through the back of the house with private fenced backyard. -Free parking outside available in a quiet and safe neighborhood -Desk, chair, and fast WiFi so you can work remote in Tahoe. -The studio has natural lighting with a skylight - might want to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in. -Kitchenette with basic dishes included (microwave, full fridge, electric stove, pot, pan, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, knives, cookware) -Full bath. -Walk-in closet. -Electric fireplace and space heater. -2 Fans (No A/C). 1 make shift air purifier to help with fire season. -Private Sauna available all seasons -Hammock available in warm seasons -TV, roku, board games. -Fire pit, cozy backyard and plenty of space for storage (snowboard, skiis, bikes, etc). -Essentials included. -Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly discounts! No pets on furniture, must bring their own bed. -No cats allowed, apologies as I am allergic -Extra guest $50/night -Failure to indicate pets or extra guest will incur a penalty of an additional $50/pet or guest Sauna and backyard I live in the attached home, and my interaction is what feels most comfortable to you. I am happy to provide any tips or help whenever needed, as well as respect your privacy and space. I want my guests to feel at home. Safe neighborhood, can walk 1.3 miles to the trail and beach, or 0.5 miles to various restaurants. Parking available on the right side of the driveway, as well as street parking. Location is great for biking and accessible for using apps like Lyft or Uber. Hosted Rental Permit #HRP-041. Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% added for short term rentals and goes to the city of South Lake Tahoe. If booking 30+ nights, no TOT added and save additional 12% on top of long term discount! Disclaimer: *Security deposit will be held and only charged if damages occur. *Will provide full refund if evacuation required or in the warning zone. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies. Please monitor weather and road conditions ahead of time. Unfortunately wild fire and smoke season is known & expected. We can't escape it where we live either. Strongly recommend purchasing trip interruption insurance that cover things like expected natural events (blizzards, wild fires, earthquakes, and even covid). Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing time with our 11 month old baby and our dog. It’s a cozy set up, very comfortable and well organized living space. Good location. It magically snowed on us and baby+dog had a blast playing in the snow.

My dog and I had a lovely stay here! Easy access to South Lake Tahoe and local trails, thoughtful touches like providing a non-white flannel (I always bring my own makeup one just in case but many don't) and recommendations for local places all helped make this an easy stay.

Comfy, clean with all the amenities you need for a stay in Lake Tahoe. Raquel is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! She provides a "manual" full of great info on things to do and where to eat. Easy access to site seeing locations and nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

Raquel's suite is warm, welcoming, and attractive. She takes the time to add the little touches that make you comfortable. Such things as modern bathroom and sauna, and cute and friendly themes. It's like staying at home and feeling taken care of, while on the road on your vacation!! While we did not get the opportunity to meet Raquel, you can tell she is a very kind and caring person, just by the layout and comforts of the suite. She also gives recommendations to the local attractions, and places to go In Lake Tahoe. If I was to come back to the area and needed a place to stay, I would not hesitate to stay at bear suite again. Thanks Raquel

Great place to stay with a small family! Nicely located, easy to access and clean. And the sauna is just perfect! We got it all the way up to 190 degrees, which is not usual in USA!

The property is an ideal location for skiing Heavenly Valley (CA side is minutes away). Sauna was great, especially after a day of skiing. The skylight created a light-filled space and the electric fire kept things cozy.

We arrived for a birthday weekend celebration and everything was as described and as depicted in the photos. Communication and checkin was easy as well as Raquel was very accommodating to us. The sauna was a perfect end of the day after our skiing! Very worth it!
