Cook dinner in the full kitchen, which is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and glassware you need to cook and eat. The dining table sits up to six. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Two more can sleep on the futon in the separate den. Speaking of the den: this bonus room is the perfect place to escape with a book or watch a movie on the small TV. There are two full bathrooms: one upstairs with the bedrooms and one downstairs by the front door. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. THE FINE PRINT In response to South Lake Tahoe County's ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #005771. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 6 people and 1 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Tgus was the perfect house for us located 3 minutes away from the casinos and 4 minutes from the Cali side of heavenly mountain . The place was clean and we were happy . The dog came with which was huge for us cause we love our boys and they had a blast

This is a nice, updated house in a great location close to everything. The overall communication process with the property management company was relatively easy in advance of and during our trip. The house itself is very nice. It's modern, the appliances are high quality, and it really has nice finishings. We loved the fenced yard since we had two dogs with us. We did have to have property management get a pest control company out after check-in, as we killed three spiders within an hour of being there. The upstairs shower only put out freezing cold water, but luckily we could use the downstairs shower during our stay. Property management did offer to send over a handyman, but with COVID, we decided to limit our exposure to another person. My main complaint about the house though is that it really didn't seem clean. I found what appeared to be a puddle of spilled/dried soda in the loft that I had to clean up, and one of the placemats on the kitchen table had dried pasta sauce on it. Behind the futon was also full of debris. Those things made us question in general how clean the house was, and also made us slightly irrigated to be paying a large cleaning fee for an unclean house. Aside from that, we did have a nice stay.

I rarely write reviews but this time I had to write a review. First of all the vacation home is in a run down neighborhood. There were no incidents but you definitely see very special people around you. But this would be acceptable if at least the house was clean. It was very dirty and even if I contacted turnkey management with pictures of dog hair everywhere, a clogged sind full of hair which felt like from all renters from the last 12 months, dirt and dust everywhere and pans which still had thick layers of burned food in them in the cabinets. I got a response that turnkey will get back to me. I haven’t heard from them ever. Thank you for ruining my stay there and this was the last time I booked through your company if you don’t give me any compensation for it!

This home is perfect for my family of 4. We really enjoyed staying in the home. I couldn't give it 5 stars because we couldn't get the hot water on the upstair bathroom to work, there a little bit of dog's hair on the duvet of the master bedroom, and lastly the neighbor was parting all night one night of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the comfort of this home.

The property was in good shape and provided all the basics for a short stay. A very nice yard. My family just got back from a nightmare stay. The home we rented was freezing for a full 24 hours, with heat running non-stop. Upon arrival, we noticed there was animal hair all over the furniture, bedding, pillows and stairs. There was also dirt and dust all over the entertainment center, table and stair case. We also acknowledged there was a weird rectangular cut in the ceiling but we tried not to think too much about the hole. I text to complain once I finally had a moment and they promised a cleaning lady would arrive at noon the next day. She didnt. We were stuck at the home an entire hour before contacting them again and realizing the cleaning lady wasnt on her way. In this time, we noticed that water dripped from that strange cut out in the ceiling when anyone showered in the upstairs bathroom. They admitted someone "dropped the ball" and didnt fix the water leak the week prior to our arrival and said I needed to make myself available for a handy man to come. One client relations rep said no one would enter the home without our permission and then another told me that they fix what they need to fix and will send someone when they can and I would have to deal with it. I argued that they didnt have my permission to enter the home and luckily was able to speak with another guest relations specialist and they promised that if I didnt use the upstairs bathroom, I could receive a discount on my stay. They then scheduled for cleaning staff to arrive at 6pm, which resulted in another span of wasted time because no one showed up, again! I reached out and nothing was done. Another issue I had was theres a window in the downstairs bathroom that doesnt have a curtain and the places next to the rental can very clearly see you naked inside the shower. I hated that. It was also freezing in that specific bathroom, however, I didnt want to tolerate being flaked on by the handyman or wasting more of my time sitting in the rental when I wanted to play with my kids in the snow. I didnt drive 3 hours to stay in the rental all weekend. Also, I asked for the wifi password and that information was never relayed back to me. I had to fix the upstairs television because the cable wasnt working properly. And lastly, my husband fell down the stairs. The stairs were very slippery. I wish there was a sign up because when my husband slipped his arm got caught in the railing. They basically acted like I was lying but my husband still has visible signs of his injury.

The best part was having a fenced in yard for our young children to roam around. The garage was a plus too, as the height was much higher than normal so we were able to drive right in with our cargo box on.
This will definitely be our go-to house when we’re in Tahoe. It’s close to everything and the house is in great condition.

This house was updated and has a very nice yard that is well kept. It is unfortunate that the updates don't seem to be cared for by the cleaning service. There is a lot of mildew in the bathroom and tile. There was dust covering the vent hood in the kitchen and crumbs under the couch cushions. I couldn't locate spare linen for the futon, fortunately we did not need it Very nice appliances throughout. I received a text with in 5 minutes of me arriving asking about housekeeping. Initally in that 5 minutes I thought it looked okay until I settled in and started looking around. I had contacted the management company in regards to an issue prior to arrival and they were very responsive and professional. I hope they change their cleaning is unfortunate their updates are not being cared for throughly.

My friend, my dog and I stayed here for three nights in August. The home is bright and cheery and updated w/ high-end appliances and plumbing fixtures (a big plus if you are an interior designer!) It is a very dog-friendly home w/ a nice fenced yard and within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants at the state line. It was clean upon our arrival - you wouldn't even know that dogs have stayed there in the past. Only a few minor issues: 1) It was very warm the weekend we were there and it was difficult to cool the upstairs enough to sleep comfortably (perhaps an additional fan would help?) 2) The downstairs shower leaked water all over the floor (possibly the shower door seal may need to be replaced?) 3) The instructions on the tablet left at the property said that if there on a trash day you should take the trash cans out to the curb. We were confused by that, as the cans were inside a bear box and it didn't make sense to us to take the cans out of the bear box. We left the cans in the bear box and the garbage company picked up just fine. (The instructions should be updated to avoid confusion in the future.) Overall, we had a really nice stay and would happily stay here again.

Top notch appliances and fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms as well as beautiful decor. Truly stocked with everything you may need including laundry soap. Lots of natural light and EASILY, the nicest house on the block. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but so convenient and close to all the great restaurants and the lake. DOwn side...the beds were a bit rough; hard, small and pretty low end linens. The 'master' bedroom is only a double bed and just so small for a couple. Otherwise, really incredible place and would definitely go there again.

Let me just start by saying, my wife is hard to impress - she has really high standards for cleanliness and likes everything new & shiny. Our immediate impression was that this place fit the bill - very modern, recently renovated, extremely tasteful & well done. It is not huge but was the perfect size for our family of four + small dog. The kitchen was modern and had *almost* everything we needed - just missing a wine opener which we quickly remedied. The appliances are all top-notch and the washer/dryer right next to upstairs bedrooms was super convenient & got a lot of use. Bathrooms are spacious and great once we figured out all the various controls.
But beyond the cabin itself, there were 3 things that made this property stand out:
1) Location. So close to everything we wanted to do - Gondola, California Lodge of Heavenly, restaurants, shopping, etc.
2) Garage. In the middle of the heaviest snows Tahoe has seen in years, having a garage on the property was an amazing bonus. Made putting on & removing chains a snap, and no need for getting snow or ice off the car.
3) Yard space. Our kids loved having room for snowball fights, and while our dog was not as keen on snow as we'd hoped, it was still great for her to have an enclosed outdoor space where we could let her out & not worry.
Finally, also want to mention that the TurnKey folks who manage the property were responsive & professional. Very easy to contact & deal with over our 1 or 2 questions. Would definitely recommend this place & would love to come back again.

Great property, radiant heat provides for a cozy stay. Great location, ski, shop and play are close by. Well appointed kitchen and baths. If I could improve one thing it would be the double bed, a bit too firm for us. Property was clean and well looked after. We loved our stay and look forward to our next holiday here. This was our first experience with Turnkey Properties Nd it was so easy, great customer service, we will be return customers!

This place is in a great location. It is under 10 minutes walk to the Lakeshore. About 15 minutes walk to Heavenly Village, Stateline casinos and many dining options (there are also taxis available). It is about a mile to the base of Heavenly ski resort tram - you can park here for free and either go skiing from there or take a free shuttle bus to the gondola (parking at the gondola is $25 per day). The property is in perfect condition and really nicely decorated. The radiant heat takes about 16 hours to get up to temp but there is a gas fire in the living area to keep you warm while it does. There is even a garage for visitors so if you are there in the winter you do not have to scrape your car every morning. If we plan another trip to Tahoe we would stay here again.
