Enjoy year-round adventures at this two-story 3BR/3BA house, just three minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort. In the summer, head four minutes to Ski Run Marina for the expansive beach with boat rentals, kayaks, parasailing, shops, and dining. Marriott Grand Residence is three minutes away and offers shopping, dining, a movie theater, and seasonal ice skating. After a fun-filled day of exploration, soak in the hot tub or get cozy around the firepit. A large fenced yard adds privacy and space for the kids to play. Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, toys, kid's games, and parking are provided. Curl up on the sofa bed in the comfortable first-floor living area and watch TV beside an electric fireplace. Prep meals in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, then share meals in the inviting dining space. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 42' TV. A luxurious en-suite bath boasts a clawfoot tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. A second-floor guest bath holds a tub/shower combination, and a guest bath off the living room has a walk-in shower. The sofa bed on the upstairs landing offers another comfy place to curl up. Your rental is convenient to Harrah's Casino (0.9 mi) and Montbleu (1.1 mi). In warmer months, head to Ski Run Marina (1mi), which offers boat rentals, kayaks, parasailing, shops, and restaurants.cJust 7.6 miles, historic Camp Richardson offers more warm-weather fun with a sandy beach, watersports, and hiking trails. THINGS TO KNOW This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets permitted. All leases require a minimum 30-day term. VHR #010091 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were 9 people in our party. Check in was good as we only needed the keypad. The house itself was OK, but dining chairs for only 8 and when it was time for bed there was only sheets for 7. Another thing that were missing was cutlery. Very surprised about all this as the booking said 9 people. WHY is there not a check list for the property - we had absolutely no idea what was suppose to be there. We tried to call numerous numbers that was listed on our reservation, waited for 40 min. at one time - finally we gave up and our text message did not get any response either. Finally we found an office, but not on the address listed. Some more outdoor furniture would be nice, we had no possibility to sit//eat outside all at once. The front yard looked like no one had done anything to it for years, the fence was falling apart and at least clean up the yard before new renters arrive. We had to buy a hammer for all the nails in the deck as they were sticking up all over, please fix it future renters.

Cellador Charms was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the blue that is Lake Tahoe. Great kitchen, large family gathering area as well as private niches to enjoy reading or playing board games. We enjoyed both fireplaces and the deck was our favorite place! Thank you, Vacasa, for our lovely stay.
