Located in the heart of the central coast, this is the ideal home for day trips to the Monterey Wharf for a bowl of clam chowder, enjoying the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk just 30 minutes away, or simply taking in the Oldtown Salinas social life Located in Salinas, the heart of the central coast. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood amongst the cypress and a few redwood trees. High ceilings, bright and spacious. The grounds are nicely landscaped and include a large backyard with a nice seating area. This home can accommodate a maximum of six guests with one king bed, one queen bed, and two single beds. The home is fully functional with a smart refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer, and other household essentials like pots and pans, utensils, basic toiletries. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles as there is no garage access. Minimal street parking is available. Perfectly located just five minutes away from NMC (Natividad Hospital) and 10 minutes from Salinas Memorial Hospital. Explore the Pacific Coast Highway by driving 25 minutes to Monterey, 35 minutes to Santa Cruz, or 45 minutes to Big Sur. Very quiet neighborhood, so be respectful to neighbors and practice common sense. Six guess max. Cameras on property for your safety.

Our family loved this stay! Convenient location (30 min drive from the Monterey Bay Aquarium), spacious property, and had all the essentials for a cozy night in. We were really impressed with how clean everything was. Karisa was responsive and helpful when we reached out, too. Highly recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay. There were clear directions regarding use of the property. We were only at the house for breakfast and sleeping so we did not try to cook but it appears there was a good assortment of cooking supplies. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the trail to the store and the cart that was available for use to bring groceries home.

Overall very lovely property! My family and I were there for a wedding in the area, and booked this location for the number of rooms and amenities offered. The property was very clean, had plenty of towels, blankets and all the comforts anyone could ask for. All the seating and beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms spacious. The master bedroom is a great choice for any early risers with high windows perfect for waking up with the sun 🌞 The nights we chose to dine in (using their handy visitor guide suggestions!) we were more than comfortable sitting at the large dining room table. The kitchen appliances were all very newly updated and pristine. We will definite be seeing if this location is available the next time we’re in the area! Thanks again to the hosts for listing their lovely home 😁

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and the furniture and appliances were brand new! Plus, there were nice special attentions that the owner offered like helpful signage, cleaning products (even some clothes washing detergent and feminine hygiene products). Safeway was a couple minutes walk away too, which was handy. Thank you, we will surely be back!

We loved this comfortable home in Salinas. They provided everything that we needed and way more. Beds were super comfy and there were tv’s in every room. My family had a blast playing the giant Jenga and Uno. Communication with the host was great and we would definitely go back!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Gorgeous inside and outside. Immaculately clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed: coffee maker, utensils, dishes, washer, dryer and more. Everything was newer. The beds are very comfortable. TV is set up with all the streaming services. The location was great. Karisa was lovely to deal with and very helpful. We had an amazing stay here and would definitely go back. 10/10 Highly recommend!
