Really amazing place to stay in a stunning neighbourhood, and just a short walk to the main street in Picton. Barry, the owner, was really kind and we enjoyed his "quick one minute tour" before being left to ourselves.
We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee in the mornings in the beautiful kitchen, before heading to the beach, and walking to dinner in the evenings. The bed was really comfortable and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in a little bit.
You can tell a lot of thought, care, and love has gone into this place. From the unique decor, local books and art, makeup remover wipes and essentials in the bathroom, and really nice quality towels and bedding. Barry's local guide for the home, and restaurants etc was very well put together.
We've stayed in many places in the area and this is one that we hope to return to next summer!

This place is amazing. The building is from the late 19th century and impeccably maintained.
Barry is super welcoming and treats his guests like family. This is our second time at this hotel and we’re already looking for our third.
Our room, the Cottage doesn’t have a freezer. But everything else is well worth it.

Barry was very nice and made check-in so easy. Made early check-in available. Walkable to all restaurants and shops downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available. Room was immaculate and comfortable.
Bed could be a bit more comfy. My husband and I both agreed that we rolled to the middle of the mattress because it dips, but we still slept well and found the room comfortable.
