Located just half a block from the beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. The home features a spacious living area with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and the dining table seats up to 8 guests. There is also a private balcony with extensive seating and tables to dine al fresco and rocking chairs to relax and read a book. The backyard is where all the fun happens! There is a private heated pool and hot tub with plenty of room to lounge. You can also grill out on the BBQ grill and enjoy a meal poolside. The air conditioned game room is steps away and is outfitted with Ping Pong, a 55-inch TV, two foosball tables, shuffleboard, and a full-sized refrigerator. The home sleeps up to 15 guests comfortably with none of the bedrooms sharing a wall. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, on suite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. This house was absolutely amazing! It was very close to the beach! Our family had a lot of fun playing ping pong after dinner every night! Check in was easy and hostess was very nice!

The property is located at a nice location very closer to a beautiful beach. Quite comfortable for a stay of 8 people. One area of improvement could be better care of the basement rooms (we found live cockroaches when we checked in, which was addressed promptly).

This was sour family Christmas trip and the house was beautiful! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated! The pool and hot tub was so fun for all of us! The game room was used nightly for foosball tournaments and shuffleboard tournaments! We had so much fun! I think everything we needed to cook for our family was in the house!! I would recommend this house to everyone!!

That being said house fans were very dusty (to where you can see it hanging from the fans), master bathroom mirrors were covered in toothpaste and spit marks, and there was no skimmer for the pool . There was a pole for what looked like a skimmer to clean pool but no head on it .

This house is awesome. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like in person. The house was very clean and well equip with dishes, glasses pots pans beach towels chairs toys, etc. Property manager was amazing. The checked on us before we checked in and kept in touch a few times during the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a half block to the beach - so convenient. We would stay again!

This home was a short walk to the Beach. All the amenities made it perfect, pool and jacuzzi were a definite plus! This home was clean and provided all essentials needed. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house is beautiful and perfect for families. The heated pool and hot tub are great. The game room was also a big hit. It’s only a 4 minute walk to the beach which is great with little ones and a lot of stuff. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family stay. It was clean, well equipped with what we needed. The pool was clean and great for the younger kids, the adults in the group liked the hot tub. We had a couple minor issues that required contacting the management, and Gerald responded quickly with resolutions of the issues.

The house is very close walk to Beach. Love to walk on Gulf Blvd in the mornings which is very close to the house. My family really enjoyed our stay. The House has a play room in the garage that my kids enjoyed.

Everything was as portrayed in the listing. Nice place. Pool and hot tube were big hits. We had a few small maintenance items that need to be addressed, door latch on bedroom door and sink and shower drain running slow and finally plugged. If back in the area again, I would definitely look to rent again.

Excellent time at South Padre Island
Our stay at South Padre was enhanced by our excellent accommodations. Our VRBO home was so close to the beach that it was less than a 5-minute walk. The house had numerous beach toys and two wagons to load our beach chairs, beverages and all our needs for our time at the beach.
We had plenty of room for four adults and two children. The house was equipped with more than what we needed. Thanks to Bill and Mike for helping to make our vacation such a memorable experience.

The house was very nice! 12 of us stayed for a week and had a blast! The house was everything that was promised. The owners kept in touch several times leading up to our stay, giving us updates on making the house even better that advertised. Would definitely stay in one of their homes again, and recomend to others to rent with them as well!!

Couldn’t ask for better communication! The place was amazing. It is well stocked with everything you need. The pool and spa as a hit with the young and old. The beach is close to the house. Maybe a 5 minute walk. All the towels and beach toys you will need. Would highly recommend renting this house!!

It is away from the crowded areas and avoids alot of the traffic towards the center of the island but still close enough to take a quick trip anywhere. We were so thankful to be on this side off the island especially with the insane traffic on the evening of July 4th. We have fallen in love with SPI and will look to stay again in the future.
