Our family stayed at the property on a cool and rainy couple of days. We didn't spend much time outside except for the hot tub at night.
Overall, the house was OK. The location of the house is great and easily accessible. The hot tub was nice and a great addition.
The kitchen is OK for the amount of dishes and cookware for our family of 5. If you have a large group you'll want to get some disposable plates and utensils.
We did have a couple issues with the property which the owner addressed right away.
The house is a little dated and could use some updates and a good deep cleaning, but overall was OK.

Coming from cold, grey, damp Seattle, the blue skies of Sedona were a real treat. We would get up early and hike different trails in the Sedona area. Everything was close by. We also took day trips to Flagstaff plus the Grand Canyon. The owner of the house was very kind to us, and helped to arrange the delivery of groceries we purchased online from Whole Foods. I wanted a house with mostly queen beds plus 3 bedrooms, and this house was the best value in Sedona, in my opinion. You can pay more for a "better" location, but I think you would end up further away from trails, etc.

We have four kids plus their significant others and it’s impossible to get us all together. This was a perfect place to cook together, share meals and have room to unwind and watch a movie. We are an active family, so it was perfect to have a nice place to return to each evening. Everything was in great working order, clean and neat

We had a great 3 day getaway in Sedona. The house was just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable for a group. The living space and backyard were great for hanging out together.

The house is beautiful. It was spaciousness enough for seven of us and pretty centralized to everything you need for your trip to Sedona. 10/10 would recommend!

We visited Sedona for a week to attend a wedding, and to see the local sites hiking, swimming, brought the dual sport motorcycle to check out the ohv roads and trails. The house exceeded my expectations John is a excellent host. Nice property comfortable bed’s, quiet location, spacious. Would love to return some day.

We had 5 adults and 5 kids and this place was totally perfect. Plenty of space for different groups to hang out. Kids played in the front and back yard safely. The house amenities were everything we needed. Looked as good in person as the picture. Lots of nearby things to do! Close to Cathedral Rock and Little Horse shuttle. Walk to Poco Diablo resort for morning yoga or tennis. Walk to Ravens Cave trailhead for amazing vistas and for the adventures cave crawl. We will rent this same property again on our next visit!

What a wonderful place to stay! This spot is was beautiful, exactly as pictured (felt even bigger in person!), and fit our 10 family members VERY comfortably. Home was clean, instructions were clear, and John was easy to communicate with. To top it off the home is located in a great spot where it is an easy drive to Uptown, plenty of delicious restaurants, and also easy to get to hiking trails. Not to mention the amazing views.
100% recommend and would absolutely come back again.

The house has plenty of space for a large family. We brought our parents with us and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but just minutes away from all the action. Owner was attentive and responsive. We loved our time here!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were a group of friends celebrating a milestone Birthday. John was helpful and all the details and any questions we had prior to checking in and the few things that came up while we were staying in the house. He was incredibly responsive and kind. The house was perfect very well outfitted, very comfortable, beds, spacious, well located and loved the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We had a great trip and a good stay at this house. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hot tub was wonderful, and the kitchen well stocked.
A few recommendations: we would have liked to have a dresser to unpack our clothing into. I personally stayed in the upstairs room with one other person. Neither of us could reach the hangers in the closet type thing in the bathroom.
The firepit and fireplace were not working and by the time someone was finally sent to help, our second evening was pretty much over. I never did get to enjoy the firepit. A guest informational book would have been very helpful. The link sent to us did not have much info about troubleshooting the fireplace and firepit issues.
Overall, we had a good stay.

Everything is as advertised. Great location with lots of room. The hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and indoor gas fireplace are all great places to keep warm when the evening gets chilly.

My friends and I loved our stay at Johns oasis. The great room really is fantastic, lots of kitchen utensils, the patio is amazing, and there’s even a piano. Location is great and the long weekend was made even better by having the property as our home base.

The house was perfect for our group of 7. Most of us had never been to Sedona and didn’t know the area well, but research pointed to this location as central. It was an ideal spot - ease of access to many notorious locations, vortices, restaurants, attractions, and shops. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, the layout was great, and the piano was a nice touch (I dusted off the rust and we had fun digging into the Disney sheet music with a cocktail under our belts). The outdoor space elevated the experience and made it feel special. Communication was great, as well. Would stay again if I were to revisit the area.

The location was nice being centrally located to hiking and food and shopping. We loved the hot tub and the the outdoor fire pit made a great place for coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for the family of 8 we had.

Incredible communication from the property owner both before and during our stay with recommendations of the area and checking in to ensure everything was fine. Property fit our family needs to a T and made great use of the hot tub stargazing after great trails during the day site seeing.

We rented this house for a girl's weekend due to the proximity to hiking and restaurants, the number of beds, and hot tub - upon walking in, we were surprised at how spacious each and every room was! If you turn off the lights at night, you can enjoy the stars from the hot tub - saw some shooting stars and Milky Way galaxy. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we wanted to see was within 5-10 minutes of the home so that was wonderful. It was a group of 6 of us and we were all able to have enough space to not be on top of one another.

This home was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything needed for the whole family to enjoy being inside or outside. It was also close to downtown for shopping and dining. Would absolutely recommend and we would stay again!

This house was beautiful and clean. The host was EXTREMELY accommodating. When I messaged to ask if he happen to have a gate to block the stairs since my 2 year old son favorite pass time is going up and down the stairs as often as possible. The host immediately got back to me and said he didn’t have one but he would have someone go get one and drop it off to us. The next morning we had one left at the front door for us. We all appreciated it very much. The last thing we wanted to do in our vacation is go get one. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Family Gathering
Several family member flew in from Florida and Ohio and we al were able to stay in this lovely home together. Rock climbing and hiking nearby. We were able to grill and have some great meals together. Our grandchildern loved the loft area bedroom. Our family loved the hot tub.We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening..

Excellent VRBO Experience
Extremely responsive host. He was very kind, flexible, and accommodating. Definitely one of the best hosts I've ever experienced.
Outdoor space is wonderful. Jacuzzi is fantastic! Outdoor extras like a cornhole board, twinkle lights, firepit, and the outdoor grill were wonderful additions to our stay. The outdoor space was really like a second living room.
House is huge, clean and comfortable.
Living Room:
The living room has two large comfortable leather couches and an absolutely gorgeous ceiling. There is also a large living room dinning table that we utilized each day. There is just an abundance of space throughout this home, so our family of five had lots of opportunities to take little breaks from one another or spend time together (we taught our kids how to play monopoly with the available board games).
Bedrooms:
We have two teenagers who loved having their own smart tvs in each of their bedrooms. Mattresses were new (no pits or lumps) and very comfortable. If you've ever had a bad mattress on vacation you know this is extremely important! Lamps with USBs are on the nightstands.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Coffee maker can do k-cups or make a pot of coffee. We like that option because some days you need a full pot of coffee to get started! Coffee stirs, splenda, and creamers are available. Fridge is large, clean, and has filtered water.
Bathrooms:
Bathrooms are large and clean. Each bathroom came stocked with thoughtful extras (like travel toothbrushes and toothpastes) and had lots of towels available. The bathrooms are well lit and had magnifying mirror for easy makeup application. Hairdryer was provided as well.
Location is prime! The house in a nice quiet neighborhood with convenient access to everything in Sedona. Grocery delivery is available at this address.

This home was a great place for our family to recharge after hiking in the Grand Canyon and spending a couple of days shopping in Williams and in Sedona. The great room has a warm southwest vibe, and the private patio is a peaceful place to enjoy the Arizona sunshine or to sit in the well-maintained hot tub. There is also a fire pit, but we didn't get an opportunity to try it. The view of the red rocks from the double queen room is especially beautiful! We would love the opportunity to come back!
