Indoor Living
Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows create a bright, comfortable gathering space with beautiful mountain views.
Relax by the gas fireplace, stream a movie on the 50` Smart TV, or unplug with books and board games. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make longer stays easy, too.
Traveling with kids? We`ve made it easier with a mini crib, high chair, toys, children`s books, and plenty of room to play.

The private backyard is one of the highlights of the home. After a day on the trails, come back and:

Guest Access
Guests have access to the home, backyard, outdoor amenities, driveway, and garage.
The detached studio serves as the home`s fourth bedroom. It is separate from the main house and **does not have a bathroom inside the studio.**
The studio is automatically included with reservations of 8 or more guests. For reservations of fewer than 8 guests, the studio may be added for an additional fee—just send us a message before your stay.
Self check-in is available via a keypad at the home.
Important Information
Sedona observes quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
Please do not use the wood-burning fireplace in the primary bedroom.
Please turn off the gas after using the gas fireplace, fire pit, or grill.
To help prevent the A/C system from freezing, please do not set the thermostat below 75°F.
**Package deliveries:** Sedona can be unreliable for package delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages and are unable to forward packages after checkout. Please ship items to the property at your own risk.

This year for our annual, family vacation we chose Sedona and this house. They were good choices. The house was spacious with areas where we all could gather and more intimate areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one needed for cooking. The house is very well-located within a 5 minute walk of downtown Sedona. We saw many different birds and animals in the greenery surrounding the house. The large parking area was very helpful as we had two rental cars. Communication by email was easy with the helpful owner. Recommend.

This was a beautiful place to stay. I’m so grateful for the good communication with Eric, the proprietor, he was so attentive. We had an issue with something and he addressed it so quickly.The hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well put together with new appliances, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. Would stay here again.

This was the ideal retreat for six women enjoying a yearly trip. Lots of outside deck space, plenty of room to spread out and gather.The hot tub was a treat. Viewing the incredible stars from the upstairs deck at night a highlight. When we had a minor drain problem and needed help with an AC unit, the owner sent help within half an hour. I can see why they have received high ratings and would recommend for any group wanting a quiet yet close to town retreat in Sedona.

The house was very close to shopping, which was great. It was very comfortable for four couples. We were disappointed that the lights above the hot tub did not work. The floors and rugs on the floors were very dirty. There was not enough hot water to accommodate everyone taking a shower. The shower drain in the twin bedroom bath did not drain properly, which resulted in standing water while taking a shower. some of the jets on the hot tub did not function. The faucet on the sink in the twin bathroom is so close to the sink that you can’t even rinse your hands off. The toilet in the twin bedroom bathroom ran continually. The towel bar in the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom is off the wall. Could not get the ceiling light in the front entry bedroom to work.
