Situated in Beaverton, this lovely house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our duplex home is in a residential neighborhood, minutes from downtown, the Pearl District and Portland's old school Nob Hill. A perfect launching pad for all that Portland offers: great restaurants, our famous food truck scene and art galleries. As vetted Premier Hosts, we've created a space using our knowledge of what travelers are looking for when booking their next vacation or business trip. Our home is set up with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one bathtub. Perfect for traveling families, friends and co-workers. We’ve hosted them all, here! Many of Portland’s famous attractions are just minutes away: Hoyt Arboretum, Oregon Zoo, the Rose Test Garden and Japanese Garden - to name a few. Here to catch a Timbers or Thorns game in Soccer City - we are a short 10 minute drive or keep it simple and take Trimet bus #20 door to door! Live like a local and walk down 23rd Avenue, shop small and local. Enjoy a local pint of beer and snack in some of our great restaurants. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a list of our favorites - so, you can start planning your trip before you arrive. Our location is close to St. Vincent’s Hospital and many other medical and surgical centers. We’ve hosted many families traveling to support their sick loved one or recover from surgery before heading back home. Let us know how we can help and we will do our best to make this end of your visit stress free. Upon arrival, we have a selection of local beverages, tea, coffee and a few snacks to get you through a late arrival and first morning cup of coffee. Our kitchen is stocked with essential items and a few extras we like to have on hand for our guests. This property is centrally located to downtown Portland, the south suburbs and Vancouver. It is inviting and felt very comfortable to relax after all day site-seeing! The kitchen, bathrooms and rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. You are not walking distance to groceries or entertainment, but can enjoy a pleasant walk to a mini market and neighborhood bar. Shannon was excellent in her communications and very responsive. Check-in process was super easy, but don’t get nervous if the code doesn’t come within the 24 hours mentioned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This was the perfect location for our visit to Portland - great duplex in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. We loved the house - Definitely recommend for your next location!

This was a great place for us to stay while doing day trips in and around Portland! The home was clean and very well equipped! The hosts were very responsive with any questions during our stay and we were happy with the quiet location. The furnishings were all updated and the bedding was very comfortable - which is not always the case! If you’re looking for a comfortable home base in Portland we highly recommend!

This place deserves a higher rating than 5. We slept like we were in our own beds. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. The unit had all the items we needed for entertainment, eating and relaxing. The location was convenient to the Pearl District, Powell's Books, Portland Japanese Gardens, Pittock Mansion, with a pleasant scenic drive to Haystack Rock and Silver Falls, also several venues for concerts. The owner communication was by far the best I have ever had renting a VRBO.

The place was beautiful and clean ( all linens smelled freshly laundered) perfect for my family. Host had some goodies in the fridge that were so welcoming after a drive there. Enough space for the teens to spread out after our day trips in the car and great location for all the activities we had planned.

the four adults found the place great for the weekend. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Both beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. Will definitely consider staying here again!

My husband and I came to Portland to visit family for Thanksgiving. This home was perfect…great location, very clean, great layout, and comfortable. I love to cook and cooked everyday we were there. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but for me I just needed a few extra cooking utensils since I was making a Thanksgiving meal. There was even spices and all the oils I needed which made it really nice not having to buy those for our visit. Everything was so clean and fresh. The sofa and beds were super comfy. Location was great! My aunt, who lives nearby this home, always joked that everything is 15 mins away. Well, she was right….everyplace we wanted to go was just about 15 mins away. The farthest away was 20 mins to St. John’s for Sparrow Bakery, but the drive there was beautiful. The owners were great. Very responsive. We had just a few minor things we needed and they were very quick to accomodate and so nice. I’ll definitely stay again next time I come back to Portland.

The duplex is located in a quite neighborhood with quick access to the Hwy 26 and 217. Although a duplex, the units have a bit of privacy from each other. The couch and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cook ware. There is a small area outside the dining area with a table and a couple chairs but this is not a VRBO for outside seating or relaxing. This is about the space inside and it is very nice inside indeed. Hosts Jim and Shannon were quick to communicate and have a VRBO that I highly recommend.

We enjoyed the property located in a pretty neighborhood in a relatively convenient part of the greater Portland area. The hosts were excellent and we appreciated the little things that they left for us to make our stay more comfortable. As advertised and we would stay again!

We loved our stay here! The house was very cute and roomy! It was perfect for my mom and I! The neighborhood was super quiet as well! I'd highly recommend staying here and I'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Portland!

Perfect spot for events in Portland and Beaverton. We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for a weekend of events around town.

This place was absolutly perfect for our family. The location was great - close to downtown and friends outside town, quiet tree lined streets. the unit was exactly as advertised and then some. Modern updates, clean, and the owners thought of everything (and I mean everything) to make our stay comfortable. We will stay here again for sure and HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect home away for a week!

I stayed for a week to send my kids to camp, and it was a perfect home away for all of us. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfy, there was great laundry, kitchen, and living room amenities, and it was easy to remotely work for the week. Thoughtful touches made it extra nice, like coffee (and an assortment of milk!) for the first morning and a warm welcome from the hosts.
