About this house rental
Stay amongst four acres of Pinot Noir vines and live in laid-back Sonoma luxury at this newly-constructed vineyard residence, designed by the owner-architect. Soak in the sun on the back patio with a view of the pool and spa and Carneros hills, or enjoy a glass of wine at the fire pit. Seven minutes from Sonoma square and 45 minutes from San Francisco, Blueprint Vineyard is the perfect getaway for couples, friends, and families. Featured on HGTV's House Hunters!
The Space:
Three KING bedrooms, three bathrooms, with separate office/TV room living space. Every bedroom features a Casper mattress with Kassatex hotel line linens. The primary bedroom (King) overlooks the pool and vineyard with an en-suite bathroom with heated tile floors, a soaking tub, rain shower, and dual marble vanity, with private toilet area. Guest room #2 also features a King bed, with pool and vineyard views and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guest room #3 features vineyard views with a king bed and hallway bath with shower/tub combo. The TV/office room is separated from the main living area with a barn door and has an extra-deep sofa for TV watching and desk and chair for remote work. The main living area features a gas fireplace, a Samsung Frame television, and opens to the kitchen and dining area with seating for eight, and a coffee/beverage bar (with coffee maker and electric kettle). The kitchen has a brand new gas Bosch range and Bosch dishwasher, Fisher Paykel fridge, All-Clad cookware, and large island with countertop seating. A portable SONOS Move speaking is available for guest use, Panoramic doors which slide fully open in temperate weather conditions create a connected indoor-outdoor living environment for guests. A Weber BBQ grill on the deck is directly accessible to the kitchen., and an eight person outdoor dining table under a pergola and festoon lighting makes for a perfect al fresco dining experience. Pool chairs and umbrellas surround the 30 ft. pool and in-pool spa. A gas firepit with adirondak chairs completes the perfect outdoor environment for enjoying with family and friends. Additionally, the separate garage contains a rec room with couch and TV and home gym complete with weights and Peloton treadmill.
Pool floats and beach towels provided for guest use.
Crib, high chair, toddler tower, and infant tub provided as requested. Diaper pail, changing mat, baby play mat and baby bouncer provided for an additional fee.

The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed evenings in the pool/hot tub and the view from the backyard was serene and really gave us the feeling of being in a vineyard. The house is perfectly located for all types of activities and site seeing! I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to be centrally located in wine country.

The host, Heather was amazing and very accommodating to our party of 6. I’ve never been in a cleaner rental property, so kudos to that. It’s adorable and decorated w taste. The photos are accurate, rooms looked a little bigger in the photos but wasn’t small for 6 people by any means. We didn’t use the pool , but used the workout room 2/3 days. That was key to especially w so much food and wine. Location was close to Sonoma but we went to Napa each day. About 30-40 min but an easy drive especially in an SUV w friends. Worth the drive to stay at this gorgeous property. We didn’t cook at all but had a chef (cuisine by Lela) Amazing kitchen for her to prep and prepare the best meal we had all stay. Thank you again Heather and the housekeeper for allowing this to work out. Staying anywhere else would have totally made this trip a different vibe. We LOVED it !

Great place, enjoyed it and it was convenient to both Sanoma and Napa wineries. Used the fireplace and Hot tub and enjoyed them. would stay there again! Thanks Heather!
