This hotel was spotless. We were situated across the road and the entrance was stunning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The aircon was a life-saver as it was approx 39degs when I arrived! We were able to leave our bags while we were waiting on the room and could get changed to go for some lunch. We didn't avail of breakfast as we were travelling early in the mornings. Again, the rooms were stunning and I would love to revisit.
The only small hiccup was that when we went to check out we almost missed our tram due to no one being at the desk! But, we are aware that these things happen and sometimes one person ends up doing an assortment of jobs, and the lady was super nice. We didn't want to just drop the key incase it was stolen/ went missing so maybe a little checkout box would be handy. Overall incredible stay!

We never stayed in this hotel. Upon arrival we were informed that because of a last minute technical issue we would be relocating to a sister hotel.
Last minute technical issue is not quite convincing.
But the staff was helpful and the other hotel was close by and nice . Still we lost about 60 min to relocate.

Great location, the place is beautifully designed, and the rooms are lovely. But there was a problem.
I don't know if it's always like this, but on the day I stayed there, the room had a very strong smell of rat droppings. It was as if rats lived there. Sleeping was awful because of the bad smell. Aside from the bad smell, I liked the place.
