Experience the wonders of the Oregon Coast from this three-bedroom, Seaside charmer. Just a short walk from the beach, this home also offers easy access to hiking, golf, amusements, and attractions. Featuring a split-level design, the home's two-story layout features a main floor devoted to household living, and partial ocean-view bedrooms upstairs. An unfinished basement houses the private washer/dryer. Spread out while enjoying time together in the living room, equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV, plush sectional sofa, dedicated desks, and a children's drawing table. A small gas stove adds cozy ambiance and warmth for chilly seasons. Over in the family room, enjoy casual conversation around the gas fireplace or let the musician in the group entertain on the electric piano. The sparkling kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring gorgeous counters and high-end Viking appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. An eat-in nook offers seating for four and full meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the table set for eight. Make the most of blue sky days and sunshine out on the private deck and enjoy a coastal cookout with the gas grill provided. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that the owner's locked-off apartment is on the lower-level corner of the home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: This home is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door. One pointing at driveway, one at back deck. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Had a little trouble figuring out the front door entry but mainly because it was dark and raining so we weren't real focused. Loved the house. Our stay was amazing. Thank you to the whole team.

We loved this home so much and wish we didn't have to leave. Once you step in, you will say to yourself, this home is beautiful. From the modern decor, furniture and cleanliness, it was beyond what we had expected. The kitchen was spacious and each kitchen cabinet was labeled with what items were inside. Both living and family rooms were comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family.
There is an on-site washer and dryer which is extremely helpful when you need to do laundry. It was nice there were washing pods and dryer sheets available to use. Next to the laundry area is a one car garage which was easily accessible.
We can't wait to return and choose this location as our paradise on the Oregon Coast.

This house was nicely decorated and had plenty of places to lounge, sleep and relax. My favorite was sleeping in the master bed with the window open to hear the ocean singing as I woke up. The house was stocked with what you need such as towels, soaps, blow dryers etc. the paint choices were very relaxing. The downside is the stairs. There are two sets and the depths seem shorter than average so needed to be careful as you step. The one in the main house definitely needs carpet grips/runners. I recommend to not wear socks in these stairs as most of our party almost slipped down the bare wooden stairs at some point during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the location and accommodations. The sofa in then TV room was sooooo relaxing and perfect for afternoon naps and snuggles. The fireplace was a really nice feature and created a great ambiance. For having the owners apartment on site, it wasn’t as unusual as I had expected it might be. Thank you Rocky Beach!!! We made great memories here.

This house is one of the best for comfort and location. Great decor and warm colors. Plenty of room for entertaining with a place to get away and read a good book without needing to leave the house. The kitchen is large with a center island and enough room for several people to prepare meals. The two car garage is available to keep your vehicle off the street. Plus some more space on the private driveway. You are two blocks from a trail that leads to Cannon Beach and three blocks from the best surfing area of Seaside. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house! It's conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood and the beach is just across the street. The unit has a huge, comfortable sofa in the living room where the kids had fun lounging and playing video games that we brought. The kitchen is well stocked with a cute breakfast nook. From the dining room we saw bald eagles flying by and deer running across the lawn. The ocean view from the master bedroom is wonderful. The kids enjoyed their stay in their own bedrooms. The washer and dryer were great amenities to have. We really enjoyed staying here with our family. We will be returning for sure!

We had a great time in Seaside. The house was well-organized. with labels on the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen - which made it very easy for us to find what we needed. I want to especially thank the person who cleaned the house before our visit. He finished a few minutes early, did a great job and was especially friendly and welcoming.

This house is in a great location - its out of the main town at one end of the beach. This means it's quiet, near rockpools for children and the beach, and yet within walking distance (along the beach!) to Seaside.
The house itself is very clean and well-kept. The kitchen has a professional range, the family room is very big, along with the separate living room. Upstairs the beds were very comfortable and well-sized.
We had a great stay here (as you can tell!) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it to families with kids who love the beach, and couples looking for somethin quieter near the beach and facilities of Seaside.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again! Lots of room to spread out, close beach access. A short drive to promenade & main strip. We did some initial cleaning...housekeeping could be better: cast iron has stove top very dirty/greasy, kitchen trash with closed lid sits along wall was splattered with brown sticky goo that also ran down side of can. Counter tops not scrubbed... maybe just quickly wiped. Food debris on rugs in front of sectional couch in livingroom. We cleaned and went about our business.... no big deal but still I think property owner should be aware. Usually I book through vrbo and have correspondence with property owner. This is only correspondence through vacasa..... who seemed to not know about the property.... they had to check and get back with me when I inquired about things. No main floor bedroom. Fairly long flight of stairs to get to bedrooms.... not an issue for us but prevented elderly parent from joining us. Only one tv in main floor livingroom.... no TV's in bedrooms or front family room. Again, not a problem for us but families with younger kids would most likely need a 2nd tv. Parking around back requires climbing a few stairs and we avoided the round yard mats that would slide out from under our feet when stepped on.... we just walked in the grass.
Large washer and dryer in basement was a plus.... again, long flight of stairs to basement. This is a beautiful property and would stay here again. My first time working with vacasa... know how they work.... not very knowledgeable about properties they handle, no personal contact with property owner, same day check-in / check-out instructions...... I'll be prepared if I use them in the future... it's a learning process.

This was a spacious home with top of the line appliances and lots of hang out spaces. From the bedrooms you could hear the sound of the waves and it made for some deep lovely sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well appointed with towels and extras. It was a great relaxing family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming house. We walked to the beach to find hermit crabs in the tide pool and Osprey Cafe for breakfast in the morning. Love the quiet neighborhood yet so close to summer fun.

The house is well decorated, spacious and homey. It’s a very short walk to the uncrowded portion of beach. The amenities and supplies are superb and more than at most vacation rentals where I have stayed. It’s very reasonably priced for all it has to offer. We loved our time there. Everything is better than described and we would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We had two boys(8-year-old and 5-year-old) with four adults. The boys enjoyed the roomy living room to play with each other while grownups enjoyed board games in the family room. That was a great arrangement to enjoy each other’s companies. The kitchen was well stocked. Walking down to the beach was easy with our boys. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Good location and great large main living room. Then….
Bathroom downstairs shower is not usable, so really has one main full bath and 1 master bath. Batteries in thermostat were dead, we ended up replacing them.
Safety concern !!! You must park in the back. There is a pathway to get to front door, as you cannot enter into home from back- the pathway around is NOT safe. There are red disc stepping matts on the grass. Grass is very wet, the disc simply slide out from under you on the mud. We are not older and we’re quick enough to gain balance, but someone will fall. Not a good set up !!!
