Extras include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house is comfy, clean, and well-equipped. We spent a week there as a group of eight people and had an amazing time. We loved the amenities.
Small things to amend: the exterior stove seemed to be out of gas, and we couldn't use it. There's a noise in the bunk bed room (four-person room) that seems to come from the heating system. The exterior light of the jacuzzi wasn't working. Adding some wine glasses to the crockery would be beneficial. These things didn't make a significant difference, and we would choose this place again. Just make sure to let Vacasa know about these issues in advance.

The house is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of space to relax! Everything was clean and in working order. Very short drive to Heavenly parking. We also accidentally forgot an item and the staff at Vacasa was super helpful in facilitating the return shipping. Thank you!

Overall it’s a very nice house with spacious floor plans. Love the big windows on every wall. It has a good view and feeling in the woods. Definitely would like to stay again.

Kitchen was awesome big and spacious for a big family. Kids room was perfect, right next to the den. I love how only the master bedroom had a tv and only the living room or downstairs den had a tv. Made family time more special. Great view of the back with all the windows.

Beautiful house close to everything in SLT. Great furnishings, comfy beds, nice hot tub - everything you could want in a rental. Vacasa was very responsive to our requests as well great stay.

The house was beautiful but the customer service was horrible. One of the reason we picked this house was the spa, which we were not able to use. The spa was filthy, it had sand and bottle camps in it. I messaged Vacasa and they said they would put a ticket in. We could not use the Master bathroom shower because it would not drain so we had water up to our ankles, they put a ticket in for that. The screen door was broken, ticket for that. Needles to say, I reach out to Vacasa, all they did was put tickets in but no one ever came to address these issues. I will never rent from them again.

This house was beautiful! very clean ( although the jets in the jacuzzi needed to be cleaned out)
lots of space for teens to spread out and have fun without disturbing others.
Master was fabulous. Good location too.. easy to get to the casino area without having to sit in "lights" traffic.
it was pricey, but fair and my son had a wonderful time with his friends, as Did I.

The home was exactly as expected, nestled away in a quieter area in South Lake Tahoe, but a quick five minute commute to get to Heavenly Mountain and everything else South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Plenty of space for nine adults to sleep comfortably and beautiful updates throughout the home. We loved it and would stay here again!

This cabin was a great spot for my family. The inside had a great layout with a lot of space. We had four kids in our group and they were all able to bunk up in the same room. The property was very large and spread out from nearby cabins. The cabin was off the main strip, but it was less than a ten minute drive to Heavenly Village. Overall, a good location.
If you’re going in the winter, watch the ice near the trash lock box. My wife’s dad ended up slipping and hitting his head on the trash box. An ambulance had to come and take him the the ER so that he could have some scans done. The fall was really bad. He ended up with a torn muscle and lots of dental damage. There was no rock salt located at the property so I had to go buy some and maintain that area. We could tell the ice had been there for a while, but it wasn’t noticeable because of the snow fall from the night before. That was the only downside to our trip.

The place was clean and located 10 minutes from the mountain without traffic. Large enough to fit three couples comfortably and one couple in bunk beds. Good kitchen for the most part and nice fireplaces in the master and living room. Good internet for remote work.
There were three things to note about maintenance.
1. There was a broken cupboard above the oven that you wouldn't notice unless you tried to open it.
2. The heating in the upstairs and downstairs didn't accurately track what we set the temperature to, so we turned it off a couple times to get the heat down below 75F.
3. The biggest issue, the hot tub didn't work. We called the first night and TurnKey called a handyman. I received a text from them saying they would schedule a time the new day. I acknowledged, but they never followed up to schedule. I called TurnKey and they said they would contact the handyman again. The handyman never texted or called back. We stayed at the place from a Thursday to Sunday. If I knew we would't have had a hot tub, we wouldn't have booked the place.

Overall great property, we had a great New Years weekend. The kids had a blast sliding down the hills no need for snow park. The hot tub was over the top chlorinated and the utensils needs some upgrading, but other than that everything was very nice.

It's a great house and location, offers plenty of amenities for nights in. We didn't have any complaints of the bedding like I read on some reviews. The house is amazing, the location and layout are great. However its very unfortunate that all the ben linens are EXTREMLY old and not comfortable at all. They also only supply one towel per person. With a high end rental we truly expect better linens and extra towels. That is huge and because of that issue unless they address it we would not be coming back. Great experience
This is the first time booking a rental house and me experience was wonderful. The house was the same as the pictures listed, I always wonder that when you rent a place if it will look the same. It was easy check in and out and clean and close to stores and thing to do. My family had a wonderful time and we would rent this house again.

Nice clean property. It was roomy and well stocked with kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Enjoyed our stay. Nice deck with outdoor patio, a fire pit and hot tub. The only negative things were that some of the beds were too hard and uncomfortable. Also the steam system in the shower of the master bathroom did not work. Overall the stay was nice and would stay there again!
