There is plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-car garage. The main floor has a formal living room and a family room, kitchen, breakfast room and formal dining room. The four bedrooms are on the second floor: master bedroom with one queen bed, bedroom with two twin beds and one trundle bed, bedroom with one queen bed, and bedroom with twin/full bunk bed. There is no washer and dryer; guests may use the local Laundromat located half a block away. Saint Mary’s, Kansas is a town rich in history and culture. Founded in 1848 as a Jesuit Mission for the Pottawatomie Indians, it evolved into a Jesuit College, a Jesuit Seminary, and today a traditional Catholic K-12 Academy and College. The property is only four blocks from the campus. Local businesses abound in this unique town: country store, coffee shop, apparel & home décor, plant market, Catholic bookstore, natural health, and a variety of restaurants from Mexican to Japanese, just to name a few! Main street is only half a block away from the house, and the magnificent Immaculata Church currently being constructed, is also just a few blocks away. Failure to comply can result in automatic cancellation. + We will require a list of the names of all guests staying at house (for emergency situations) and a signed Rental Agreement. + Quiet hours start at 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors. + No smoking, vaping or burning anything inside the property. The fire place may not be used. Smell of smoke will result in $300 charge to rid of the smell. + VISITORS, REUNIONS, EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed. The house is solely for the overnight guests. Your reservation may be cancelled without refund, and you may be charged extra. + Please only use designated make-up remover cloths to remove make-up. + Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There will be a fee to coordinate / ship left items. + Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you have a fantastic stay!

We LOVED staying at this location. We found it very clean with plenty of sleeping options for a group of long distance travelers. The house itself is beautifully decorated! It is within walking distances of Sugar Creek Country Store, MJs coffeehouse, Florence Adams and more! We look forward to coming back to this location in the future!

Wonderful location, close to family we were visiting in St. Mary's. It's an easy walk to shop in town or get coffee as well. The house is lovely and a wonderful fit for more than one family staying together. We appreciated the comfort provided and the hospitality our hosts provided. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding and there was room for everyone to get ready. Two living areas to hang out in and a very nice patio. Everything we needed to cook meals was provided. Lots of blankets, a pack-n-play, books to browse and games!

The house was perfect for the nine of us staying there for a wedding. It has two living rooms and two dining areas, so there was plenty of space for us. We'll look to stay here again if we're ever in town in the future.

The stay was great, it allowed my family to be together and enjoy each other. The kitchen was equipped for most part of what we needed, but when cooking a Thanksgiving meal there are those special things most B & B's don't typically have. A few downfalls were we couldn't get the TV to work and my customer missed the step down into the family room and almost fell. Besides those few things I would recommend this house.

The house was very clean and centrally located. We were able to walk to the church and the armory for the reception. Downtown is very charming and we enjoyed walking there too. Overall we had a wonderful time and hope to be able to rent the house next time we visit St Mary’s

Property is as advertised. Very clean and met all of our needs. We were four couples of friends and were attending a football game in Manhattan. Owners were very nice and answered our questions promptly.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Gave our family (from >600 miles away) a "home base", allowing us to easily tend to all of the various tasks and logistics associated with being the host family for my daughter's wedding held in St Marys. Well-appointed and spacious kitchen allowed us to easily prepare our own meals and also complete some basic wedding-related meal prep. Deo Gratias!

This is a very nice house for the stay for our nephews wedding. It was close to the church for the wedding. It’s a very clean house. We’d stay there again if we ever come to Kansas.

This is the place to stay if you come to St Mary’s. We were in town for a wedding and we were so happy to find this house to stay in. Plenty big for our family of 9. Very clean and nice house. Had everything we needed and even a few nice extra touches that were appreciated. The hosts were very friendly and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure all was okay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
