Walking from the location, via DTD was easy. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We did have to rewash dishes before we used them, but everything else appeared clean. We brought our own pillows etc.. The water heater is loud as it reheats. I only mention that because we all had to stop and see where the noise was coming from. It wasn't an issue, just something to know. We were able to order groceries from Albertsons and have them delivered seamlessly. The backyard looked great for kids, lush and full of things to play with.

Home is in a great location, walking to park is easy, the house laid out well and kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately, upon entering the home you’re overwhelmed with a damp musty smell. I thought airing out the house would help, no such luck. Called Vacasa at 11pm because my allergies flared and I didn’t think I could continue staying there, it felt unhealthy. A person finally contacted me at 3:40pm the next day and I granted them access to the home in my absence. The smell was confirmed, but the solution was to spray room deodorizer. This smell is beyond a can of Lysol. The vents need to be checked and there needs to be a mold/mildew test of some sort. It’s an older home and they’ve done some remodeling, but the finish work is not good and makes it seem dirty. Pool table in garage is heavily stained and looks like it was leftover from a garage sale. The garage has all the games, but it’s not heated/cooled. an open screened vent to the outside made it freezing in the evening. Also, the door to garage game room is through the kids bunk bed room. Other annoying facts: No tv’s in kids bunk room or the room with 2 beds, bathroom windows don’t have screens and are disgusting, no electrical access next to beds for phone charging, couch in living room is broken down and uncomfortable, chair in living room is lacking comfort, most of the furniture is scuffed, lamp in 2 bedded room has broken lampshade, and the shower in master bath is VERY small and the bathroom vents need updating. The beds were a little hard, but we were so tired we didn’t care. We did not utilize the back yard - so no comments there. We didn’t have the magical stay we had hoped for our daughters birthday trip to Disneyland. Hopefully I’ve saved others from disappointment.

There were baby roaches in the bathroom , roaches in the bed , and literally over 50 flies when we first arrived . After running to store in the middle of the night to buy a fly swap and spending a good hour walking around the house killing all the flies did it get better. It took about 3 days to finally get rid of the flies. On night 2 the neighbor decided to throw a loud karaoke party in their backyard past midnight . Horrible experience for me

Walking distance to downtown Disney and we could watch the fireworks from house, Quiet neighborhood, large backyard with plenty of shaded seating, with yard games, A very worn house with little supplies. Wanted us to start to wash towels upon leaving with empty soap container, only three trash bags, etc. the Teflon pans were very scratched, pillows flat.

Just a two minute drive to Disneyland and California Adventure Park. Wonderful accommodations. Extremely clean. Great back yard. Beware of staying here on July 4 as this street (and others nearby) have multiple neighbors who shoot off fireworks. Very loud and disruptive on this date only. Dining table chairs are hard and uncomfortable. This can be mitigated by using couch cushions. Overall I give this home an excellent rating.
