Nestled in Las Vegas, this charming house for $519 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Updated, very private, very large, luxurious oasis. Like staying at your very own resort. Sprawling backyard, Close to the Las Vegas Strip. Each bedroom has its own, full bathroom. Sleeps 15 in beds. Large, private pool and a hot tub to die for. Huge covered patio for lounging in comfort. New furniture inside and out. Incredible, fully stocked, modern kitchen, large dining room. Superior mattresses and luxury linens throughout. Outdoor areas ready for a pool party! With lots of lounging We only interact with guests prior to arrival and if they have questions or issues to address. Local Property Manager available if needed. Location Our property is located in the Spring Valley Area of Las Vegas. Spring Valley is a suburb of Las Vegas with a population of 217,441. Spring Valley is in Clark County and is one of the best places to live in Nevada. IN SPRING VALLEY THERE ARE A LOT OF BARS, RESTAURANTS, COFFEE SHOPS, AND PARKS GROCERY AND LIQUOR STORES WITHIN HALF MILE OF THE PROPERTY. WALMART WILL DELIVER GROCERIES EASY UBER/LYFT RIDES TEN MINUTES TO THE FAMOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP 15 MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS & FREMONT STREET You will access the property via a keypad on the front door. We will provide you a custom key code - specific to you for the dates of your reservation. This spacious property provides all the pleasures, perks and pampering of a hotel. We hope you love it as much as we do! Open concept main living space Each bedroom has its own private full bath The backyard is a private oasis with faux grass, large swimming pool, hot tub, and tons of space for outdoor dining. This house and location was great! The backyard was amazing to hang out for the weekend. It was difficult to leave the house since there was a lot of space for a big group to visit.
The pool temperature was perfect on the 92+ degree days during our stay. The hot tub was welcomed on days after our golf rounds.
Location was close enough to downtown and the strip. Only about a 17-20min uber ride to either. Easy pick up and drop off at the house since it was on a neighborhood street.
Good amount of room for each guest. We had about 10 people stay comfortably in the house as about 4 others stayed on the strip. 2 of us slept on the couches with 2 people having a bed for themselves, the rest doubled up. I think it would've been a real tight squeeze with all 14 of us guys staying there together however. I would say it could sleep up to 10 people in the beds if everyone doubled up - mostly queen size, with 1 king in the master.
Chrissy was a great communicator throughout the weekend. She was easy to get a hold of for any issues or questions we had.
Check out process was simple and I would say less involved then other properties today which was welcomed.
Some issues - the trashcans were completely full when we got to the property, and there was no space for our own trash at the end of the weekend. We had to stuff our trash and pack them tight. Also there was laundry in the dryer/wash and the dishwasher was full when we got there.

our first impression was the condition of the floors very dirty with what looked liked spots from many spills and foot prints and debris. the entire home was dirty, food left in the dirty fridge alcohol spilled and a sticky mess. appliances with food still in them under the cabinets dirty towels, no soap, shampoo, or amenities in bathrooms as promised, including toilet paper. We did find the supplies in a supply room and were able to access. The towels were not in the supply room after a search we did find them. They appeared to be dirty so we washed them. the bathrooms were all dirty including feces stains in toilets and pee stains running down the sides. (4 of us spent over 4 hours cleaning to meet our standards for our family dinner. We cleaned the floors and everything else up with no complaints. we were shocked at the condition considering we had to pay a hefty cleaning fee and high demands for how we were to leave the property clean. It wasn't until we started using the kitchen we hit a disaster as we unloaded our groceries within minutes the place was infested with ants. this went on for the entire stay not just few ants a full infestations.When the condition and the ants were addressed with the owners they asked if we thought someone broke in and vandalized. we were never compensated for our cleaning efforts. We should have at been credited back our cleaning fees/ they did offer to spray for the ants with chemicals during our stay. no space here to note everything

Wat an awesome place for a huge family! well equipped the only downfall was the stove. Wish it was a gas range to cook better had trouble cooking big meals

Overall condition of this property was in need of repairs from a plumbing/electrical position. The pool was well recieved by all, and property location was favorable. With a little handyman work, and TLC this property could be greatly improved.

Had my bachelorette party in Vegas and we stayed here. It was PERFECT for 15 girl! Massive backyard and sleeping arrangements for everyone! Close to the strip and Red Rocks!

There were six of us and we enjoyed our stay. The outside was amazing with the pool and the Jacuzzi. We didn’t have an opportunity to use it because we were busy with the festival but we did a lot of cooking and hanging out at the property. Thanks!

Nice quiet location. Each bedroom has an attached bath and that makes it very easy for groups. Large living room makes it easy for large groups to hang out and chat. Backyard is fabulous with great pool -- too bad it was cold and windy when we traveled so couldn't really use it but it is beautifully maintained. I'd stay there again for sure.

We enjoyed this house, had a lot of supplies in the kitchen and towels which was very helpful. Great communication before and during the stay. One thing that you could do is to add non slip mats under a few of the rugs- it gets slippery. Overall it is a great place to stay and great location. Close to everything!!

We rented this property for 4 separate families as we had to travel for a wedding we needed to a attend. The house was more than enough room. I loved that every family had their own rooms along with their own bathroom. It was a very comfortable week. The back yard was absolutely beautiful 😍 if only the weather was warmer but that had nothing to do with the host. The house was great I have no complaints and what I do have was simple... the cooking range was difficult to operate but I moved on from it quickly.... other wise I highly recommend for a group/lfamily stay.

It’s such a beautiful house and I loved we had our own bathroom, when you come from a big family like mine sharing could take awhile. Lol love that it was in the middle of everything, great communication and my family had a great weekend stay!
