Barely acceptable.

Easy parking.

Smoke smell, noisy due thin floors upstairs. No bedside table. No chairs. Run down bathroom and loose taps. Alarm clock went off at midnight.

Uncomfortable, worn and creepy.

I didn’t stay for the breakfast. I booked two nights and cancelled the second due to bugs, safety features, cleanliness and noise. Left early and I HOPE to get a refund for the night I didn’t stay.

I realize this isn’t a four star accommodation, but for the price I expected a little more. I was uncomfortable because security measures seemed lacking; I saw a cockroach crawl across the dresser, ants in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The place was VERY worn. The bed was mush. Looked as if someone had put their fist into the bathroom door and the main door to the place was in shreds around the edges as if someone had to break in? Do yourself a favor for peace of mind and pay just a little extra. I will if I’m ever in Cedar City again.

Very poor

Friendly staff but a dirty hotel that caters to smokers. Room smelled horrible! Much worse than in the pictures.

Pleasant

It was cheap, I got what I paid for

I had to use my whole body to open the door, it smelled like cigarettes (even though I had a non smoking room) and the deadbolt didn't work.

Clean and comfortable no amenities but plenty of places to eat in surrounding area. Definitely stay again!

There was no breakfast as advertised. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful.

No breakfast as advertised. The light switch in the bathroom didn't have a cover and the were electrical problems. It was dirty and the front door wouldn't lock.

Cool place to stay :)

Friendly staff, great location, room was nice, I like the chairs out front, good place to hang out and chill. I will stay there again :)

Budget lodging downtown.

Nice location downtown. The place is a bit tired and has seen better days, but the price was right.

The rooms are pretty old. The in-room fridge wouldn't close tightly and the AC worked ok, but not great.

The bed was clean and the hotel was easy to find.

There was no coffee or breakfast available, room was dusty and needed a vacuum. Old food in the fridge.

location was centralized. Check in & out was quick & easy.

Small concern with smoke alarm beeping, however staff took care of it right away.

Nice quiet I don't know when I stay at motels i dont care what it's like as long as it's got a bed and it's clean and it don't stink This place wasn't none of those I slept great bed was OMG
