Residence was a good fit for our girls week away!

The location and view was very nice, almost everything including restaurants,beachfront & shopping in the area was accessible by foot. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend the property.

The residence was sparsely equipped with dishes,plates and glasses for 4 persons only, so we needed to wash and dry dishes after every meal…an easy fix(just need an extra set)

Perfect Location

We loved how close the property was to downtown, Safeway, and the waterfront beaches. Also a short 15 minute drive to West Kelowna and some awesome wineries there. This is definitely the place to stay if you want walkability as there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable! I was also surprised by how quiet it was- we barely heard any movement from our upstairs and side neighbors. We appreciated that there were black out curtains in the bedrooms and the views were exceptional. We will definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have some dish towels instead of using paper towels, and some basic staples like salt, pepper and oil. Some Tupperware would also make it easier to store leftovers in the fridge. A broom would also be great- there was a wet swifter, but a broom would have been easier. The A/C was a little confusing to control- we tried to turn it off, but it kept turning back on- maybe it’s remotely controlled? No deal breakers here, overall absolutely loved the apartment- just a couple small things that would make it even better!

Apartment was very modern with outstanding views in the perfect location! Great for small family stay.

I believe it was pretty new so it lacked a few necessities that one would expect. Salt, Pepper, Cooking Oil. It didn't have a dish clothes or dish towels. It also only had men's sport smelling body wash available.

Lovely location. Comfortable accommodation with great views. Some glitches with details of management.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home and comfortable. Good views of the lake. In the center of Kelowna’s small downtown. Very pleasant accommodation. Adequately outfitted for basic meal prep and dining in.

The was issues with the payment system that caused stress and took time to resolve that had nothing to do with my credit card information. I was assured by Booking.com that it was the vendor. Though the vendor implied it was Booking.com. Needless aggravation for me the day before we checked in. It was winter and very cold the apartment was 6.5C when we checked in. it took about 5 hours to get to a reasonable temperature. The sockets by the stove for the coffee maker, kettle and toaster were child proofed. it was very difficult to plug things in. We had to put the coffee maker on the floor because the sockets by the stove were so difficult to use. We had difficulty with the entry key pad. the door did not always open after we entered the password. I suspect they is just some instruction missing from the checkin message. It was a little trial and error. there is only one fob for the elevator and entry into the condos. it can take coordination if you don’t leave and reenter together. NB you leave the fob in the apartment when you leave. Without the fob you cannot access the parking level to exit. Therefore on checkout you have to park your car on the street first and then leave the apartment. Otherwise you’ll be in the lobby trying to figure out how to get to your car. If you have suitcases that is awkward.

The location is very good!

The equipment room is right beside one bedroom and it makes a lot of noise, we cannot fall asleep because of the noise!

Clean, beautiful apartment with great views in a highly walkable area.

Great views, clean, beautiful apartment. Very walkable area, close to shopping, dining and the beach. Secure entrance and parking were also a plus.

Once both elevators are working it should relieve the congestion.
