Exceptionally clean, great bed and shower and really good location. The manager Damián was incredibly welcoming and informative. He could not have been more helpful and was simply superb.
Building work going on next door.

So clean, cool & welcoming!
We were met by Damien, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were made to feel at home immediately & we were informed of everything we might need.
There was building work going on in the adjoining property, however work didn’t start until 08:30am and it was just one man and his tools!
It was only a problem if you wanted a siesta!

The boutique hotel is very tastefully decorated and the room is very spacious with a very big bathroom and bed is comfortable. The room include use of beach towels, beach umbrella, refrigerated beach bags, ironing table and iron, water which is changed daily and some welcoming snacks and drinks. The hotel has a perfect position, just at the border of the old city and everything can be reached with 5-10min walk. It also lies near a big parking which is convenient (although mind that the free white parking are limited). The contact with Damian was very easy and he was always available and very kind! He explained to us everything about the city of Ciutadella and gave us some tips.

The combination of air conditioning, fridge and ceiling fan (from the guests below) was quite noisy. Since the electricity is deactivated when you exit the room (to save energy understandably), the room was quite hot on arrival each day. In about 10min it was fine again.
