My partner and I had a fabulous stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with so many lovely touches and a wonderful sense of history. We especially loved the little details that reflect the building’s past as a candy shop, with some charming elements of its original décor still preserved. It gives the hotel so much character and makes it feel truly unique.
The hotel is incredibly relaxing, with a beautiful spacious lobby and a lovely little honesty bar - the perfect place to unwind. And the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Ciutadella.
Before our stay, I had a few questions, and everything was answered promptly. The ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
A very special thank you to Sol, who was absolutely amazing - so friendly, warm and helpful. She made us feel so welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. ❤️
Breakfast was lovely too, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings there.
Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful hospitality. You have created such a beautiful and relaxing place, but it’s the people who make it truly special. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back one day! ✨

Beautiful boutique hotel, located in the heart of Ciudadella. Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving always good recommendations and asking for feedback.

The staff were all so kind and helpful - couldn't recommend this hotel more, really enjoyed our stay and the room we had was super spacious too.
Only bit I didn't love was that you had to choose a specific time slot for breakfast given the space restrictions they had downstairs, so means you are a little less flexible in the morning but the breakfast itself was delicious and didn't really have much of an impact
