From the moment we entered - the reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable - took care to ensure we knew the things we needed to and looked after us.
The Manager was simply excellent - showed us the hotel and the sitster hotel with its roof top - for which we could also use.
The Brwakfast was a cold buffet and not clear on how things really worked. A little improvement here and it would just be totally outstanding.

Central and within easy reach of public transport. The staff were exceptional! Friendly and informative.
Out of hours access was easily explained and the overall accommodation was comfortable and attractive.

Staff very pleasant and friendly. Helpful with advice. Room with terrace superb. Bed very comfortable and room spacious. Terrace an asset. Was lovely sitting out.
Breakfast was fair. Poor choice of cereals and not easily accessible. Had to ask where milk was and no bowls out. Great range of pastries and cakes but everything cold. Omelettes on bread cold, fried eggs on bread cold. I think it was just the style of the hotel but think this is an area that could be improved. Items needed restocking more also.

Room was very comfortable and clean our room had a terrace. Good WIFI and air con. Plumbing worked well. Staff are very pleasant.
Most central location however very well noise insulated.
These premises are serviced rooms but to be clear do NOT have hotel amenities. Front desk until 2.00 pm only. There is no bar or restaurant. One has to use key code at front door.
Situated in a pedestrian precinct therefore not available by taxi during day. Would not recommend bringing a car into the town at any time.
Coffee at breakfast was good but not much else on top of a cramped bar surface.
