A free room upgrade was given, great! Enjoyed our stay, the only bad thing was too powerful AC setting. A bit chilly prior to turning it off.

The hotel receptionist at check in was really helpful and guided us as this was our first visit to Helsinki. Nice friendly hotel, centrally located near the Metro and Mall.

The staff really go the extra mile. Friendly and professional, without pretension. Front desk staff named Hanna was very helpful. I would recommend the hotel, and I usually do not write reviews.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable the blackout curtains helped me sleep during the white nights. I really enjoyed the breakfast, there were many options and everything was delicious. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Temp was set to freezing cold, super advanced thermostat that you couldn't set without instructions from the front desk.
No cleaning, kind of a disappointment when you stay for more than one day you expect clean towels etc...

Have stayed in this hotel probably 12 times in 15 years and it is brilliant. The rooms were refurbished not so long ago so everything is clean and tidy.
There are also loads of plug sockets and at least 4 USB sockets in the room so charging devices is easy (you don't get that in a lot of hotels these days!).
You can cross the road and head straight to the bus station and into Kampi shopping centre so you don't even need a coat to access 4 different shopping centres as they are all connected.
My only negative was that we booked as 3 adults and were given two single beds and a camp bed. I would have thought we would have received a slightly better setup.

The bedroom floor & bathroom were extremely dirty with some marks of dried chocolate & dust. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel, specially during a pandemic.

Could not have asked for a better location. Across the street from a major bus station and shopping mall. The bathroom is perfect and the breakfast is very good.

Newly furnished rooms - everything high standard. High quality TV and bed. Room was quiet although there was a little machine noise. Helpful and friendly staff. Loved the private sauna! Good variety and quality for breakfast. Excellent location, too.
Few minor minus points:
-Property could have been in better condition on the outside - especially near the entrance - all needed a clean and a lick of paint.
-Shower doors flimsy and designed so water leaked all over the bathroom floor - soaked everything ok it
-Use of black bin liners in rooms and around the hotel downgraded the experience somewhat. This is picky but it really does take away the feeling of a high standard hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly. Opposite was a hige shoppong mall, food outlet, clothes outlet basically everything that u need should u want
to get something or forgotten to bring.
