Easy check in. Staff are friendly. Room and grounds are amazing. Pool bar and pizza restaurant were incredibly slow.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with outstanding customer service! Carlton, Rene and Charles were exceptional! We stayed in the 3 Bdrm condo for a girls trip! It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed! It was very clean and we had housekeeping every day! The grounds were meticulous and we all loved the spa treatments and spa area! The pools were gorgeous with plenty of loungers! We took a tour of the garden with the chef and he made us some small bites while we chatted! They even shipped our wine purchases to our home addresses! We can’t wait to return!

I was expecting a much nicer resort than it was. Room felt much older and outdated than the pictures let on. We also booked a room described as a 3 bedroom suite (had an email confirmation to prove it) but the hotel said they only had us in a 2 bedroom and did not honor the room type nor did they provide any compensation. They also gave us a room where one of the windows had the outer pane shattered from a golf ball. It was a far cry from the luxurious suite we were hoping for.

Check in was a little late. Room was spacious and comfortable with great views of golf course. Grill had delicious lunch. Great location. Lomi Lomi Hawiian massage was amazing!

Room was not made up when we arrived. We asked to have a repair done on the fire place multiple times they never came. We called for service and it was never done. horrible stay!

The room that was given to us was very old and run down. The bathroom was in bad condition so we asked to look at other rooms and they were equally bad so the receptionist upgraded us to a king bed room and upcharged us by a lot. Our rooms were already expensive and they almost charged us double for upgrading

Checking in to the hotel was great. We stayed in one of the residence Condo's. We were vacationing with an 8 month old baby. The resort itself is gorgeous and baby friendly. BUT, at 1 am, three of the smoke detectors went off due to a low battery. One was so high, it was unreachable. We contacted the front desk to assist and they did not answer. Needless to say, the baby was awake and crying! Also, left a message for the Tennis Pro as we wanted a hitting lesson and never received a call back. This is my 5th time staying here, so this trip was a little disappointing.

Really great experience. Check in was smooth and staff was extremely welcoming. The added touch of free water and a welcome bottle of wine in room were a surprise and delight. The room was so clean! The only thing we would possibly change is room location. It got really noisy starting around 7:30am. We were close to the main building/lobby area.

I was shocked at how dated the property was for the price. We got a "deal" at an average of $700 per night for what they billed as a "Two bedroom SUITE". I figured this was attached to the main hotel, but there is no main hotel with rooms. Silverado is an old house with no rooms in it & you stay AROUND the property in dated condos. For $700 per night, I didn't have a walk in shower. It was dated 8 x 8 white tile with the 1970's type of tub. I felt it was a bit of false advertising as I didn't see anywhere that the property was a separate condo and quite far away from the spa, main house/bar/restaurant and cafe (good breakfasts). Had a nice dinner in their Grill, but again, we couldn't even WALK from our 1970's condo to dinner/bar/main house. We had to take a shuttle. Maybe I missed something. Plus the pics made it look much nicer. It was very clean and spacious and great for maybe $200 per night, but not $700 per night. I know Napa is expensive, but I would much rather stay downtown at the Archer or another nice hotel. As long as you know what you are getting into you won't be disappointed. The family room with fireplace, TV and couches were big and cozy. Had to take Ubers everywhere.

Very luxurious stay, especially if you're a golf fan. Spa facilities are not accessible for under 16 kids but rest of the property has many options for families with kids.
Our room was not ready till 5 pm, but staff was nice to accommodate our other requests due to inconvenience.

We LOVE staying here. We like the location, cleanliness, availability, the shuttle to Cordero’s, customer service is usually spot on. This trip and other trips the room was freezing and took a few hours to even be comfortable enough to shower to go to dinner. I get not wasting electricity but an hour before check in time send someone around to start the heat in the winter.
We usually bring stuff for drinks and like ice. The closest ice machine was unavailable and when we called the desk we were told a bucket would be brought, which never happened even after another call.

we love meeting family and staying in the villas. The price keeps going up and this year was feeling very overpriced. we may look for Air B & B next year due to the jack in price. The kitchen should be a little better equiped since that is one of the main reasons people book a place like this. no strainer, shredder, spatula, service only for 4(should be for 6-8 in 2 room villa that states it sleeps 6-8.) Grounds are beautiful. did not use gym or spa this year. this is around our 10th year in coming this time of year(for an anniversay and bday in same month).

What a lovely stay. Our suite was clean, beautiful and well appointed and the staff was beyond helpful. We decided upon leaving that the next time we need to stay longer so we can really immerse ourselves on the property. I highly recommend this resort.

For this to be me and my fiancé first time visiting Napa Valley, we chose the right resort. Silverado resort was amazing. Upon arrival our first staff member we met was Carlton and he was awesome the whole time we were there. The staff in general were amazing and very accommodating. We also came at time where there wasn’t too many people as well. That was even better. The staff at The Grill and Mansion Bar were excellent. The food was great. Our suite was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the Spa wasn’t including in the resort fees , but other than that it was awesome. Napa valley had a lot to offer and we left no stone unturned. We will definitely be back.

Both my partner and I suffer with steps. However, when booking a room for our stay we were not given the option of taking a ground floor.
As to the room itself, I am an engineer and my partner reads everything. Nevertheless, we froze during our stay because the instructions on the remote were obscure (no indication that the mode button needed to be depressed for an extended period until the functionality engaged.)
As to Room 756 itself the toilet paper holder is not firmly affixed so the roll will not stay in place; the rod which is used to move the black out curtain detached.
And the presence of myriad golf balls near, in and beyond the parking lot did not leave us with any confidence that our car would be undamaged when we returned to it the next morning.
However, the facility itself is pristine and we enjoyed our stay despite these nits.

Great condo and great service with plenty of amenities and space for family Christmas. Wish they had more blankets and kitchen equipment. Very friendly staff!

Our stay at Silverado Resort was lovely! We stayed in the Superior Mansion Estate Suite and it was spacious, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Facilities were amazing. I will DEFINITELY be back.
