The stay was awesome and the views of the Savannah River along with the city were breathtaking. The staff was so helpful from valet to room service. The resort fee was well worth it. They provided a ferry ride across to River Street, bike cycles to ride, and poolside activities (the jumbo popsicles, and character balloons were a nice touch). Everyday when we arrived back to the resort my daughter loved that her bed was made up magically and all her stuffed animals were stage properly and ready for bed.

Room very nice except for bathroom was odd no fan when using shower everything is wet from humidity ! Also door knobs were old & gross looking very strange for such a nice hotel . Bed was comfortable . Thought I smelled cigarette smoke though….

On 12th Floor, with Grandchildren, infant , No microwave in room, again on 12th floor,
Only Microwave available on 1st Floor by Checking. What a Inconvenience.

The shower had shampoo left on the walls. I had to clean it before we could take our showers. Other than that the room was very clean.

Very nice stay. The shuttle service to the golf course was wonderful as was the ferry shuttle across the river to access downtown Savannah. I think having to pay for parking at the hotel as an already paying guest at the hotel is ridiculous.

We stayed in river view queen room that had a balcony. Nice room but bathroom was very dark and lacked good lighting. Great pool with pool bar and jacuzzi. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

This is the only hotel on the river's other side. You need to take a water taxi to get to the other side. It appears that the hotel is short staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned for 4 days although I called twice to get the room cleaned and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on our door. The food was okay. I also purchased a romantic event on the river and it was not worth the money.

The pool was very nice. Loved the fire pits. Got in too late to do smores around the fire. I'm sure that's quite a lot of fun. We were not well informed when we checked in just handed a paper and was told to read the boat schedule or scan the codes. Not very helpful, the next morning the staff was excellent.

It is an excellent stay, the area around the facility is undergoing a lot of construction but nothing you can’t get around. Just a temporary inconvenience.

The Westin was always great as previous trips. The accessibility areas were a bit tight and not labeled which was surprising. Otherwise very clean and polite staff.

check in time was set to late (4PM) and then delayed for over an hour (after 5pm) creating an issue with other plans/reservations across the river. How are you still cleaning rooms after 5 PM???
AC unit in the room barely functional, unable to be adjusted, why?; made horrible noises throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. 7:00am on Sunday, finally doze off and cleaning crews begin blowing fake turf!!! for 45 mins. to be heard cleanly 12 floors up and inside of a hotel room.

This was a staycation and EVERYONE at the Westin was attentive and friendly and professional. Our room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. Everywhere we went on premises even though it was in public areas, we felt like we had our own private space. They’ve done a fantastic job of arranging space that way. We will absolutely be back!!

We has made reservation that we could make changes. when we called to change from 3 days 2 days they said we could not. We specifically made reservation trough Hotels.com specifically for that reason. Also had requested handicap room with 2 queen bed and ended up getting room with king bed and tub. We had to change room twice to get room with walk in shower but still king size bed.It is very difficult with handicap person to do so. They were very nice about giving us a wheel chair for our use though.I am not sure how things will be with our next reaservation with Hotels.com!

The setting of this hotel is beautiful but would likely stay on the other side of the water next time to be near shopping and restaurants. This hotel restaurant had odd hours and the bar was rarely open or stocked. The AC in my room wasn't cooling either....thankfully it was October and not the middle of the summer (the AC was definitely still needed though).

The Westin Resort was nice. I loved the pool and jacuzzi area. It was also real convenient to get to River St.

Amazing stay. Front desk staff were exemplary in smiling customer service. Island hotel, city views at night are beautiful, firepit with somores, free water taxi to exhaustive day and night life. Other free benefits of late day golf, free ice cream...amazing.
