Brian at the front office was amazing. He was attentive and very pleasant.
Fresh coffee every morning. Cold refreshments all day and ice cream in the refrigerator.
If I had to mention something not well, it would be my window on River Street and the party goers. The Inn provided earplugs on my nightstand for that reason.

Cool space, a little noisy because of location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive

The hotel is quaint, the rooms are huge and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I've never encountered so many people with such amazing attitudes, from the gentleman who carried our luggage, to every front desk staff member, to the housekeepers.....everyone was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel!

I picked this Inn as it’s on the far end of River Street and much quieter than others however it was still a bit too noisy for us and the bed was hard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a really historic inn. Our suite had original timbers, a window to the river and a sweet dessert waiting for us in the freezer! We would definitely come back.

Very nice staff and nice property. Our “room” (it’s more than a rokm— a nice living room area with couch, chair, desk and TV, a small separate kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom) was perfect for us. It’s not fancy, but plenty nice enough. The only downsides were the very small bathroom sink and the noise off the river. A cargo ship honked its horn around 1 am and it scared the bejesus out of us. The rooms come with earplugs, so that probably is a clue! They had a very nice happy hour with lots of wine and served few nice hors d’oeuvres. Overall and nice stay!

Had a delightful stay. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and appetizers. Very nice surprise! Met a nice couple from Jacksonville who took us to their favourite restaurant called “The Pink House”. The restaurant in the downstairs part of the building, was incredible! Oozed ambiance!! Highly recommend it!!

Rooms not super sound proof but it is an old building.
The rooms are apartments which was a pleasant surprise.

The Olde Harbour Inn was a FANTASTIC place to stay during our Trip to Savannah! Every person we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. Our room/suite was GREAT, full living room, bedroom, kitchen with large fridege/microwave, etc., it was like an apartment! We walked pretty much everywhere, very walkable area. Ice cream was waiting in our freezer, we had muffins and coffee one morning, and unlimited free drinks in the office (we were not available for the afternoon wine and cheese). Def a great choice, THANK YOU Olde Harbour Inn!

You have to stay here!! The room is an apartment size .. comfy and spacious. The team working here welcomes you to their home!! Between water snacks wine .. it’s a nonstop party and perfectly located for everything you want to do!!!

Happy Hour 5:30 to 7 with wine and munchies never disappoints and always interesting people to meet. Service from the staff is amazingly gracious and they anxious to help meet your every need. Everyone is very familiar with Savannah and the best sights to see. We have stayed before and never even consider staying anywhere else. The rooms are all suites with two bedrooms and great rooms with a kitchenette. You won’t find a better hotel for the price.

Great place to stay. Brian was exceptionally friendly while checking me in. The parking was included in the price of my suite and located right in front of the inn. Short walk to The Pirates House. The tour company and pick up area right down from inn. Lots of shopping and dining a short walk away. Definitely will be using this inn on future visits to Savannah.

We had an excellent stay. The service was incredible with fresh towels, water bottles and ice cream bars brought to our room every day. They made it feel like a perfect mix of a personal bed and breakfast vibe with hotel quality amenities. Our loft room was perfect for our family.

This hotel may be my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in due to his location in China. The hotel in Sweden 30 years old as well kept and maintain. I was very surprised to find out that this hotel offers free water, soda, coffee, and breakfast pastries. When we arrived, we were happy to hear that they offer a wine and hors d’oeuvres session from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. A great activity before heading out to dinner. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and offered suggestions and tips for our vacation. The room was larger than expected. I had a large living room area that overlooked the river.
I certainly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the heart of Savannah on River Street.

There was a horrible musty smell throughout the entire suite!
But the worst was on the day of our departure we went to the front desk and arranged for an 11:30 checkout instead of 11:00. But later we were horrified by the experience of having a staff member walk in on us at 10:40 -while we were indisposed and with no explanation or apology they left and shut the door behind them. (We had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door)
When checking out I told the front desk what happened and he didn’t even apologize he just simply said,” oh that was probably miss Linda checking on her check out rooms”
I was very dissatisfied and disappointed and will most likely not return
Treat the mold or whatever is causing the musty smell in room 301 and train your employees to knock before entering and to respect your customers privacy when they have the do not disturb sign on the door!!!

Historical building was remodeled to feel elegant while still preserving the integrity of this place. Convenient walking distance to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants made this the perfect vacation getaway!

This hotel was amazing. Perfectly spacious and comfortable. View was fantastic. Decore was perfect. The location was fantastic with dining, shopping and boutique options all just steps away. The best part however was the very attentive staff. They were courteous and accommodating. Lots of little extras made this very memorable, such as evening wine service and ice cream for the kids (or adults!) Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Savannah.
