Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is well-located but is a bit rundown. Our air con didn’t work. It wasn’t that hot so we didn’t want to bother with requesting a fix but ran into a few others who were waiting for theirs to be fixed. Toilet handle also tended to stick when flushed. Annoying but not a big deal. I booked through Expedia and had thought parking was included but it was extra. Nice to have it in a garage but using a local lot is cheaper.

Spacious rooms, fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment, dishwasher, FREE laundry (just bring your own detergent), gym is nice and has weight lifting machines. Convenient location, parking is accessible from the hotel and is reasonably priced. Nice staff.

Great location near Old Montreal and downtown. Convenient parking below the hotel. Spacious apartment-style hotel rooms. Everything was clean and worked well. Gym was decently stocked and laundry was FREE. Overall a great value.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, walking distance to metro station and walking distance to Old Montreal. Very quiet at night for sleeping.
