We had a great experience finding very good location, room, and service, plus very friendly personnel, who provided us all the help we asked for.

OK to be in downtown area and mainly to sleep. Beds are good and clean. Reception personnel is very helpful.

This hotel advertises the rooms have “kitchenettes” but provides absolutely nothing to support a functional kitchen. As is no dishes, cutlery, serving items or cleaning supplies. A microwave is not much use if you don’t have a bowl to heat something up in! We had to use our bath towels to wipe down the counters and bath soap to clean. Definitely severely impacted our plans to not have to eat out for every meal. This would have been a nightmare with small kids!

In general, that hotel is excellent , especially there is a free hot breakfast , but the parking fee is expensive (32CAD plus Tax)

This place is cozy and exceed my expectations due to inexpensive price.
I had two queen bed suite, it is furnished with a kitchen, which includes stove, coffee maker and big fridge! That was unexpected.
Great choice for family stay over few days.

This was a great choice for my trip! They were super friendly. My car wouldn't start when I left and they had their maintenance guys come down and help. If I ever come back I will definitely be staying here again.

A bit outdated, cracked tile in the bathroom, lightbuld burned out in bedroom, faceplates cracked as well. Hard water in shower.

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, and felt like it. The room was slightly dirty (stains on bathroom floor, shower floor and on fabric furniture). The towels are extremely thin. We only needed a place to sleep - so it was fine, but no better. Good location. Decent breakfast included.

Well the hotel room and stay was good. Had a nice breakfast every morning. But not giving it a better rating because my car was parked in the underground parking at the hotel and some tried to break into it. They twisted the key alot so now I will need to take it in to get it repaired. Not very impressed with that. As thinking it is in a secure underground parking garage that this wouldn't happen to vehicles. Other then that hotel was nice and my cats enjoyed there stay with mom here.

Very Spacious and clean rooms and quick checkin. Good value for money. Good WiFi. Convenient location. Carpet is a bit worn though but this is offset by the other benefits. My only complaint is that their early checkin fee has jumped up by 20 bucks Canadian to 50. I was definitely not amused by that but c’est la vie as they say in France.

We had a great weekend trip with family, our 1 bedroom suite with living room pullout and kitchen was perfect. 15 min walk to downtown and 15 min walk to old port. Indoor garage parking available, and a great hot breakfast included. All in all, tremendous value!

The hotel was conveniently located near Chinatown and a festival I was attending. Street parking was available even though the hotel offers 24h parking passes (very pricey though). The carpets could have used an extra cleaning but the bed was comfortable. The unit was quite good for the price.

Check in was smooth, parking safe and secure, walking distance to many amenities and room was nice for our one night getaway and very reasonable pricing.
I will definitely return and recommend for any future visits.

Stayed one night during Chinese new year. Room had everything we needed. We had a large balcony with a view of the front of the building. Walking distance to restaurants and Chinatown. Although the place is outdated the suite was like an apartment with a living room, 1 bedroom and a kitchen which was convenient and the bed was very comfortable. There is underground parking beneath the hotel. You need card keys to get inside and access the elevators so the hotel felt safe. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing and it is included with your stay. Overall great value for the price we paid.

Hotel condition is bad. Carpet is very old and dirty, several cracks on the bathroom sink, although there is full dishwasher and refrigerator in a studio, but there is no kitchen ware at all(no dish, no server ware).I couldn't find a Luggage trolley when check in and check out. Room is very dark. Breakfast is excellent.

The property is a bit dated but very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and they had an overflow seating area so there is plenty of space. We were supposed to receive a bottle of sparking wine along with our gold VIP upgrade but that was forgotten. The room upgrade to the King suite was very nice.

Check in was at 4:00 pm but one of our rooms was not ready until nearly 5:00pm. The suites were spacious but the decor/finishes were dated. The cardio equipment in the gym was nice but the cable machine was missing many attachments. Overall, good stay and value for the money. Good location.

The location in the city was great. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and pleasant. The hotel was pretty dingy and the rooms (we had two) were dirty, three of the four beds were saggy in the middle. The elevator situation wasn’t very good either.
