Everything is great, location, peaceful and quiet. Service is excellent as well, Most of all the complimentary breakfast is the best.

I wasn’t expecting much for a discounted affordable stay . Receptionist was friendly and attentive. Room was basic but clean and efficient .

Lights didn’t work above the sink. The front desk was not available for me to check in on Friday 1/19/23 @4:30pm. She was rude and made me fell like I was an inconvenience to her. We will try again next time.

They did not clean our room, did not change towels for four nights we stayed there. I asked to bring new towels because the used ones were wet but they just ignored my request.

Overall it wasn't too bad and having a quiet location on the property is appreciated. However the employees do not wear name tags. There is an older front desk woman who needs to adopt a positive, open attitude. We try to be nice but she seems to be annoyed and negative. It's also appreciated they don't force their guests to put a mask on, which should always be non compulsory anyway! It was great to see a microwave & fridge in our room. This is probably one of the better Motel 6 local area properties, we always felt safe staying here. Pet friendly and no pet fees. None of the front desk agent smiled but the way it is nowadays, none of that seems to matter anymore. People have other worries mainly a safe stay and affordable travels.

We stayed in room 113 on the ground floor. We experienced loud banging and furniture moving directly above us ALL NIGHT. It was like the people above us were weight lifting and moving from 10pm to 8am. I have no clue what was causing so much noise, but it kept everyone in our room up, so we didn’t get much sleep. Apart from that, the room was standard

It was very clean and I loved the location but the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The alternative seating were also uncomfortable chairs so it seems as if these rooms.are not for relaxing. The tub was clogged and for two people we were given 2 medium towels because they didn't stock towels for the amount of people in the room.

The room had flies coming out of the bathtub. There was no shampoo. Turn down service the next day wasn’t completed until after 4pm. We had requested it at around 9am. The pool was dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable.

Every other Motel 6 I've stayed was kind enough to offer an early check-in when possible. The guy at the reception really didn't want to be there, he could barely compose a sentence, but could say it properly that would cost me US$ 50 for a 30-minute earlier entrance. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff is not friendly.

The amount I paid I this was the same for a place like Wynn or Aria in Vegas. This place was dirty (saw bugs, and roaches). I don’t think this property manager care. They know they’re in a good location and people will pay or stay no matter.

Lots of druggies and homeless people around the property. Floor was filthy, our feet turned black from just walking around. Bed was comfy and room was overall clean.

Cozy and clean room in close proximity to everything in Santa Barbara larger restroom in room with two double beds. Small table with two chairs. No storage or closet but great for a short stay!

Front staff did minimum effort. A group of guest (4-5 men) were allowed to drink beer and talk loudly in the parking lot until midnight.
