I tell loved how on theme this place was! Super cozy and fun.
Only complaint is I don't love a sit down shower but it did add to the hobbit-ness of it all.

We love this unique property! Everything was great especially the location, the special decor features, the tub, and the fun consistency with the Hobbit theme. Thank you for making this lodging available to others to enjoy! I have shared our experience with many friends already! We look forward to staying here again...
We got used to the bed the second night, but at first it was uncomfortably soft and the frame was a bit funky.

Incredible attention to detail, really made you feel in a Hobbit house. The coffee provided was so good! Short Uber ride from downtown.
Bathroom has no door, only a shower curtain...so sound a smell travels, take that into account if you are traveling with someone. Sink doesn't have too much room or lighting so it's a bit challenging for make up, skincare, etc. and the tub has no curtains so you have to shower sitting down, just something to take into consideration.

Fun place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.
It is very small and for hobbit size people, not advised for tall ones, I am 5”4 and did not fit under the shower head.
