The room was clean. The staff was helpful but if you arrive after 5pm there is no staff and you key and paperwork is hanging on the bulletin board. We had a hard time getting our shower turned on and staff came over to the property and helped get it working. As for amenities, there is no ice machine. A small tray of ice in the freezer was enough for one water bottle. There is no drinking water, so I hoped the faucet water was safe for drinking. Also no air conditioning... Made for an uncomfortable night on a muggy summer night.

The staff was polite and attentive and the room was clean & ready. We stayed 2 nights and maid service is upon request only. I asked for fresh towels & another roll of toilet paper and they were there when we returned later. A couple of suggestions that would have made this 5-stars. First of all, the fan in the bathroom rattles LOUDLY. The met towel holders above the toilet are rusted and I didn’t feel comfortable using a towel pressed against rust. A small soap dispenser on the vanity would have helped contain the soap and water. This last one might sound a bit petty, but it would be nice if a little more was invested in Kleenex so it didn’t feel like sand paper on my face (we ended up using toilet paper instead).
