Is located in the center, with access to a large number of shops, cafes and restaurants. We did not need the air conditioning due to nice clima in April. Staff helpful and cordial

As with everything in San Sebastian this is expensive for what you get. However we love the place

Located near the Cathedral in the Old Town, close to La Playa Concha. Very walkable.
Clean, comfortable, no frills accommodations. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The self-check in was easy and convenient. Everything was ready for us so there was no need to speak with staff while we were there. The room and overall areas were clean. They had a nice large shared lounge with coffee/tea making facilities. Despite not having left luggage facilities, the bus station was very close so we left our bags in the self-storage lockers there - so convenient, safe, and super easy to use. The property's location was perfect for exploring San Sebastian's food, shopping, and beaches (both La Concha and Zurriola). We've stayed here twice now (2022 and this year) and we'd happily book this place again.
