Great location, service, food, and pool. Travel often to PS, and this one is a fave. Fun pool (movie night, DJs, etc). Rooms are nice - was there for a storm and didn't hear a peep! - Comfy beds too!

Stayed here for one night in Aug. 23. Very modern room with retro vibes. Loved the high ceiling with clerestory windows and power shades. They have a nice breakfast and lunch menu for room service. You must be 21 to stay here so if you enjoy a pool without large families with kids this is a good option.

This is hands down my favorite hotel in Palm Springs.

The rooms are dark with high windows and no views. No microwave or cups in the room; for purified water or ice you go to the pool and ice is from the bartender. Acoustics between floors is terrible. We heard every footstep from aNovember all night long. Pool area is the best thing about the hotel. Large saltwater pool at just the right temperature. Towels and lawn chairs set up with great poolside cocktail and food service. No concierge or other amenities you associate with an upscale hotel ie: spa, pedicures, recommendations for the area, etc. But overall hip feeling with great landscaping and architecture

Enjoyed our stay at Arrive. The roll was stylish and clean. The staff were attentive and responsive. The pool was clean and comfortable.

Amazing pool and bar/restaurant. Very friendly staff ,rooms are great. Just a bit noisy from the main road. About 15’ walk to downtown or use their free bikes! This hotel is at the far north end of town. Overall a great stay and adults only is a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a unique place with Boho Chic decor a great pool and lots of seating area. The good is awesome, as are the drinks!! Jessica was so attentive as were the other staff working with her on the dates of Apr 23-27. It’s our second time there and we live that it is consistently awesome!! There are also great walks up into the housing neighborhood a street behind.

We had a perfect stay at Arrive! The property is gorgeous and very inviting, I loved the décor. We came on a Saturday and there was a really fun pool party going on. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the drinks and food are amazing. Our room was super stylish and equipped, bed very comfortable with amazing sheets. AC works perfect and the room was always cool when we came in from the heat outside. (the water pressure in the shower could be better and the shades were a bit tricky to handle). The coffee in the morning was one of the best I had. I will definitely be back! 10/10

If you are looking for a hip vibe this is your best bet. No complaints enjoyed my stay. Ice cream and coffee shop so close was perfect!

For the price, not worth it. Room service is only available until 5 PM. One day we there, no coffee available at 7 AM. Had to request an iron, no coffee maker in the room so forced to spend money, no drawers for clothes and we were there for 5 days! We did complain and got our room fee removed which was appreciated but when you are paying more than $600/night, a $40 room fee isn't that much.

Arrive is a beautiful hotel at the quiet end of Palm Springs but with many great restaurants just a 100 feet away. Rooms are clean and private (ask for a private patio with your own gas fired heater), and mountain views from the pool and hot tub are hard to beat. Poolside food and drink service lasts everyday until 5:00pm, and there are multiple lovely areas to enjoy the outdoors, including, cabanas, two fire pits, and lots of intimate tables. A coffee shop and ice cream shop are just adjacent to the building. I don’t think there’s a more beautiful place to stay in Palm Springs. Just a half mile walk down Palm Canyon will put you in the center of the shopping district but then you lose these gorgeous views. The staff is extra friendly and accommodating too. Arrive is Palm Springs best kept secret and I hope it stays that way.

Positives are: location, pool and size of the rooms. However, the text service is the only way to contact reception, which costs if you're not on a US number. Also, the hotel wasn't receiving any of my texts (UK number) and there is no room phone so if i wanted room service, to report an issue, ask for new towels etc, I had to phone from my mobile phone, at my own cost. TBF to the manager, he has said if I contact him and let him know how much those calls costs he will reimburse me. Nice gesture but more admin to deal with. The days the manager were working (thurs and Fri) calling reception worked fine. From Fri evening it went downhill, I called reception to ask for more towels. Room had not been serviced and the DND was not on the door (the day before it was - my fault). The man at reception said he wasn't sure if housekeeping were still working (at 5.30pm). I just want fresh towels and old ones removed, along with rubbish. I waited 25 mins and no one came up. I called again twice and no answer. So had to go down to reception where the man told me someone would be right up. At this point it was 30 mins. When I asked if the phone wasn't working as no one answered when I called back twice, he said you only rang once. I then showed him on my call log and he was rude. At this point I didn't want to argue and was informed the manager wasn't working. No room safes which isn't great when my room was accessible from the street! Overall more of a motel, not a hotel.

The hotel was adorable, the pool was awesome and drinks were great. The ONLY issue we had is that we were surprised by a $13.00 mini bar charge for drinking tap water that was poured into a glass bottle in our room. It was so unnecessary, ridiculous and honestly the principle of that charge left a bad taste and for that reason we probably wouldn’t return.

it was suppose to be a chill relaxing couple days at ps that’s why we avoided Friday-Sat shenanigans and booked a Sunday-Monday getaway to rest and relax. however not long after our check in we found out the hotel is having an event starting in the afternoon that lasted all evening/night and that involved outside guests, closure of bar/restaurant. Limited menu option and more unwanted surprises. my husbands and I were really annoyed about the service, lack of communication from the hotel, and the whole unexpected event that took over the entire pool area. so I voiced my concerned with the manger and he was very Apologetic and tried to make it up to us by comping our snack and drink tab. We appreciate his effort to regain our trust. However I think it’s very annoying when a private events take over the amanitas area while guest is paying to stay. Specially with additionally charged resort fees!? Food was disappointing!! rooms were basic, not sure which DYI person designed it cause everything seemed on a budget and mismatched all over (rustic finish, mid century modern furniture , boho rug, industrial lighting , island wallpaper, your typical house flipping showers with lame marble tiles to Art Deco portion ceiling, romantic bed frame, retro fridge, I can keep going!! worst part was the windows and no elevator 2nd floors! Best part of our stay was the bedding and a good night sleep! I would haven’t given this hotel a 1 star if it wasn’t for Mgr Andrew!

My wife and I had a great two nights at Arrive. The staff were friendly, the pool always clean and room super cute. Can’t wait to come back!

The style of the rooms was unique and fresh. The pool was awesome!

Great retro style motel. Check in was easy at the bar. Fortunately we got a downstairs room as we were on a long distance trip and had extra cargo to haul and unload. Easy parking on sight and safe area. Nice pool too. No coffee maker in the room but did have fridge but it was full of items to purchase.

Amazing experience!. Staff was fantastic. Pool was beautiful. Food was so good. VERY RELAXING. Thank you to the staff at Arrive! We hope to be back soon.

Very cool pool very comfortable rooms. AC works fine but PS is hot 112 so AC has to run all night. So it goes.

Nice and quiet. Adults only and dog friendly. No obnoxious yelling or splashing. Just good drinks, nice pool, and ample shade outside.

ARRIVE Palm Springs is an excellent place to stay if you are going to Palm Springs! Trendy hotel with fantastic rooms and an excellent pool to go with it! Staff are fantastic and are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Bikes are available from the hotel upon request free of charge to explore Palm Springs. Overall, a fantastic hotel which was worth every penny!

This is by FAR one of my favorites in Palm Springs! I will definitely come back!
