Stayed for two nights and on returning to our room the after a day out we that are room was not made up. Bed not made and washroom not cleaned

The lights in the room were weird. Only one light over bed was on a separate circuit. For instance to use the washroom at night- all the light in room were on.

This hotel was amazing. We came in to town for a family event. The staff was very accommodating. They had an excellent small restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. Super delicious. The service staff there were amazing and so kind. My family really appreciates your hard work and dedication to providing impeccable service.

This was the absolutely worst stay I have ever had! The beds were not comfortable and to top it off my Truck was stolen in the parking lot! The officer I gave my statement too said that he gets calls for thefts at this place at least twice a week!!! Go somewhere else!!!

I was surprised by a lifeguard session of 20 people in the pool late Sat afternoon. Not very relaxing. Also sauna was not working and whirlpool was inadequate. I did like the desk services and restaurant availability. My room was fantastic.

Beautiful décor, super clean rooms, common areas. Excellent service. Friendly, approachable, helpful, approachable staff. This has been the best hotel experience in Montreal over the past decade. Very pleased with the accommodations and service on this trip.

Wow! Those were the words that came out of my mouth upon arrival. Beautiful property and recieved a warm greeting from the front desk. Stunning room, a pool and gym were wonderful. I will definitely be staying there again!

For us it was a covenient location between Hudson and the West Island. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and the hotel is close to Ste Anne de Bellevue which has many restaurants.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Plenty of free parking. Only thing I didn’t like is the commute to downtown which was atleast 40 minutes which i knew when I booked.

What can I say? One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. During a morning shower, we noticed the shower did not drain properly. Then, we saw a brown substance coming from the drain with hair! It was completely disgusting. Afterwards, we contacted the front staff for assistance. Initially we were to get a new room, but then after 2 minutes, they called us back and said they would just have someone clean it and fix it. We were full of soap and shampoo, this was totally unacceptable. The front staff became quite belligerent and rude with us. No additional accommodation was offered, the manager called us to semi say sorry and to semi defend the rude front staff. Absolutely avoid if you can.

Super clean room and facilities. Liked the little bar for drinks, we didn’t try the restaurant. There wasn’t a lot to do right around the hotel but it was convenient for our needs. Very friendly service at the front desk, and most importantly, very quiet.

Is there an issue with vehicle thefts? It’s very unusual to be offered a steering wheel lock by a hotel! The hotel is clean and in decent shape otherwise.

I truly enjoyed my stay with my kids for the night. The staff were all very pleasant, felt welcomed and even if they mentioned to the guests that there is a high rate of theft in Montreal and offer you a club for the vehicle, I give you a 👍 on that for valuing your guest by helping them decrease the chances on getting their vehicle stolen instead of not saying anything at all. Overall, great stay, felt safe and would stay again
