This was so well located. Near a bus stop, in the middle of town and walkable to the train station. The free travel pass meant we ended up heading into Salzburg easily by bus or train.
We wanted to stay in Salzburg but felt everywhere was too expensive but this place gave us more space and made it easy to travel in.
The added benefit of washing facilities were much needed midway through a holiday.

Very clean, modern facilities. Excellent decor.
Great location. Near train & bus station too.
Not much staff around.
So many messages and in the end the instructions on where to drop off bags was not too clear.
Car parking fees not included (but car park nearby and easy)

The place is quite okay in terms of location but the price value is high compared to facility.
- no ventilation system at all
- room has bad odor
- no small fridge at the family room
- AC is a disaster and dirty seems it hasn’t been cleaned for so long and doesn’t cool well even after cleaning it
- Towels look old
