J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. J’avais une petite appréhension concernant la propreté de la salle de bain, mais j’ai été agréablement surprise : elle était très propre, comme le reste de la chambre. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment très bien. Je recommande !
L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre et il n’y a pas de métro à proximité immédiate, mais les transports en commun permettent de se déplacer facilement. Une grande gare se trouve juste en face, ce qui est très pratique. Pour nous, ce n’était pas vraiment gênant car nous étions surtout à l’hôtel pour dormir. Si vous souhaitez être au cœur de Londres, il vaut toutefois mieux choisir un hôtel plus central.

Room was excellent clean and well equipped - if I am being picky the pillows weren't the most comfy. Easy to get to and from concert at Wembley - about £18 in an Uber or very cheap bus service nearby. I think 182 service.
The only downside to the property is that it is in a bit of a lonely area so wouldn't recommend to young girls or women travelling alone at night. We got a bus back from Wembley which dropped us off nearby but was a bit of a lonely walk back to the apartment. We had no issues but were glad to get back inside, as we don't know the area very well. Also if you were arriving in the dark it may be a bit difficult to locate.

Staff very rude on check in. Literally rolling her eyes and answering any questions we had like we were absolute idiots. I'm sorry im not psychic and already know the code to get into the main door.
