Lovely staff, very clean and the foyer smelled really fresh.
Clean rooms and an excellent complementary breakfast.
Shower head wasn’t working properly in our room but the hand shower was ok.
The air conditioning was complicated to work!

Exceptional service for our large group!
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Batuda. We were a group of 13 people staying across 7 rooms, and the staff took incredible care of us throughout our visit. We had an early departure and asked if they could prepare our breakfast to go for 6:30 AM—sure enough, all 13 breakfast bags were packed and ready right on time. Truly fantastic hospitality and attentive service. Highly recommended!
Breakfast really needs an upgrade
The breakfast was pretty limited, but the biggest letdown was definitely the coffee. Most hotels you stay at usually have a decent machine serving lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and hot chocolate as standard. Here, it was just basic coffee, and if you wanted a proper cup, you had to go buy it separately from the counter. That really should be included with breakfast. The hotel definitely needs to add a proper coffee machine and give a few more food options.

Plenty of free parking for cars and EV charger.
Breakfast selection included sweet and savoury options.
Limited access to nearby restaurants (we visited on a Sunday when the Hotel Restaurant was closed).
Located in shopping district which doesn't have the nicest views.
Barrista coffee was paid at breakfast.
