Clean.
Bed large enough.
Helpful cleaning staff.
Had to ask to find the luggage room.
The locker in the room was too small for the luggage of two people.
No reply when we asked questions online.
Only one side of the capsule allowed for phone charging.

Clean as a whistle
Double cube doesn't get enough of hallway cool air.
But it was especially hot, so not egregious.

Its very conveniently located to the bus station and an easy short walk to the centre.
There was no fan or air con in the capsule and it was very hot. Its also not very well soundproofed so we got woken up by other people talking.
We also found bed bugs in the room and were bitten.
