Loved the location and the building. Our apartment was well suited and clean and comfortable. The customer service team helped arrange airport transport from Apartment to Bilbao airport. We liked receiving a code to self check in and do all paperwork in advance. Keyless entry

This was a very nice place in an excellent location. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. They staff were quick to respond to emails and nice in person the couple of times we saw them

I was nervous getting into the hotel with the code later at night, our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a different flight and arrived much later than expected so no one was staffing the property. That said we were able to get in with the code and it was easy enough throughout our stay. Shower did not drain well but that was not a big deal for me just something to note.
