Fantastic location just across from the beach . We walked from the coach station so saved a taxi fare.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Explained that the mini bar is complimentary as are the box of biscuits and tote bag. Beach towels are available on demand.
Decor is very tasteful with subdued lighting giving our spacious room an air of cosiness. Couldn't find a single fault.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Lovely location, extremely clean and hygienic, great staff.
Even though building works are happening disruption was hardly noticed, everyone so helpful and friendly. There is scaffolding outside but who stands outside looking at their hotel when you have gorgeous Donostia/San Sebastian to explore? We had a beautiful sea view room. They have been very clever and are only using the rooms above the scaffolding so the view isn’t obstructed. This also means the hotel is not full so plenty of space at breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding with so much choice. The rooms are renovated to a very high standard. Great storage, comfy bed and huge bathroom and shower. We would definitely go there again. It was so lovely if reception to check us in early too as our rooms were ready. They gave secure luggage storage too. Thank you for a great stay.

Location.
Beds and pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Renovations going on all day being very noisy in our room at fifth floor. In the morning during breakfast it was impossible to communicate.
This renovation work ought to be communicated when booking in the app.
